Hey, I watched an episode of this and it seems quite interesting. Can you update me on what's been happening so far?

The story so far is such: Shikha and Sameer are introduced and slowly Sameer wins over Shikha and her family and they are married. This is unmarred by the appearance of a stalker or Inspector Naik's warning. After about 2 years and a half Shikha and Sameer are in Mumbai, happily married, with a 1 year child, Manav. Then one day Sameer takes the family on a vacation and attempts to kill Shikha by pushing her off a cliff, but Shikha survives and her sole motive is to get Manav back. She goes back home and Inspector Naik starts helping her. Shikha remembers Aditya Jaganath as Sameer's name and the two reach Delhi as the stalker reaches Delhi separately. Shikha confronts Sameer, but Sameer refuses to recognize her saying he's Aditya. At the same time Aditya's wife, Madhurima and her family are introduced. And now that leads to today's episode.
