Beyond Dreams Productions' popular show Sadda Haq - My Life My Choice on Channel [V] has been on an upswing when it comes to its numbers as well as drama quotient.
Recently, we reported about Zohaib Siddiqui entering the show as Professor Kabeer to add to the spice of Professor Vardhan's (Krip Suri) track. We now hear that the otherwise bitter and sour chemistry between the leads, Randhir (Param Singh) and Sanyukta (Harshita Gaur) will take an interesting turn with the entry of another guy in their lives.
Yes, a new character named Parth will soon be introduced who will be poles apart from Randhir when it would come to one's thought process. Rookie actor Ankit Gupta has been roped in to essay this important role of the second lead in the show.
As viewers would know, Randhir happens to be a guy who has an aversion towards career-oriented women and this stems from the fact that he has had a dark past with his mother. The new hero Parth however, will be a guy who will have a notion that women are the blessed ones'. A shy guy by nature, Parth will be a person who would not prefer to talk much. But he will be a person who will respect women for what they can achieve in life.
As the track would progress, Parth will go on to encourage and appreciate Sanyukta and her efforts. And it would be interesting to see how this would affect the life of Randhir.
When contacted, Producer and Creative Director Mamta Patnaik confirmed the entry of a new lead in Sadda Haqsaying, "Yes, we will soon be introducing Ankit Gupta to play the role of Parth. The guy's entry will provide new dimensions in storytelling. Parth will be a very positive character, shy who will have high regard for women. As for Ankit, he was cast quite long back, at the same time when we cast for Randhir and Sanyukta. Ankit has been waiting patiently for his track to start on the show. With his entry, the lives of Randhir and Sanyukta will undergo a sea-change."
