Ok I have seen Ronit Roy perform in KzK, he is much better there, more intense.

Today in KS he was over the top and his act seemed too contrived. I think bad a-- acts are better when it is subtle. It was just too much. Maybe they did that to make it dramatic but I just did'nt like it as much. Liked his look but he needs to tone down his mannerisms. A look should be more effective.

Cant say much right now because his characterization is not clear.. but if you mean 'over the top' pertaining to his body language- I guess egoistic people - self-obsessed and self-centered people are always like that - articulate yet extremely animated.. but at the same time giving out a feeling of self-control..

He already described his char. to be flambouyant and egoistic.. so- fits the bill !

I guess I did'nt like the flamboyance. Too much. Like the subtle Rishabh Bajaj more. Also I don't think all egoist are aninamtded it's a personal trait.

From all the egoistic freaks that I have encountered- all of them sure have been extra-animated..

I guess those of us acclimatized to the strong n silent Rishabh were in for an eye opener with AD today.. never mind - new role - new style..

Atleast he's innovating !
Not defending him/anything - genuinely found him great..

Hey ..

but then his character too is 'superficial' ..
maybe he's done that extra research to bring in those forced smiles and forced expressions.. he's done that before with Rishabh Bajaj as well..

i guess what I am saying is that Rishabh Bajaj act I found very natural (except when drinking and crying a river over his love) and powerful. Today's act, he was acting. It did not flow natuarally like say the guy who does prem in KZK.

He'll get into the groove pretty soon..

EK always gives him 'his kinda' roles..
Always one level UP ! 😃

Ok so you think it was superficially PERFORMED?

Hmmm..
I guess this is Ronit's first at portraying someone with a SUPREME ego .. I am sure he'll get it right..

For me..
he's great as of now!

The thing is RK has an ease on screen which is evident. Its like he can naturally me in front of the camera relaxed.

Ive seen RR in Sarrkar before, and to me, he isnt nearly as hard hitting as RK. RK demands the screen- and his emotion portrayal is fantastic- in fact you should go back and check out KS Aug 25 ep, or even recent eps- like yesterday. Brilliant performances by RK!
