The unfortunate letter??
She was new to town of Mumbai, back in her town she was known well. She ran NGO helping the elderly people in the society. She was a ceo of a well renowned company in north, after her degree she had been in the company and was finally at a successful position in short span of her life. CEO in her twenties was a bigger achievement in itself. Never did she thought she would come so far...After her dad passed away she was the only pillar of strength for her mother. Her dad was her inspiration, her strength and she has to make her parents proud of her. She is Sanyukta aggarwal who is an achiever in herself!
On the other hand was a guy who was down to earth and unique in himself he had friends but still he was alone he lived with his grandfather(nanaji) and ran his maternal family buisness with him. His mother father passed away few years back when their plane crashed in an unfortunate event. Every night he blames himself for not being a good son and not going for the business deal in Bangkok, and therefore his father decided to go with his mother and never came back... He had been living with this guilt ever since. He is Randhir Shekhawat the guy who changed himself for his parents!
--The unfortunate letter???--
She was informed about the upcoming deal and her company taking over some renowned firm in Mumbai. Deal was sealed and the board of directors had taken their decision, she was afraid it was not in her favor. She was handed a letter and a couple of files. A couple of handshakes later she was back in her cabin resting her head on the big black leather chair, that envelope on her desk reminded her..."Miss. Aggarwal we all think you should take over the responsibility of the new project as we are very sure of your capabilities. We are sure you will make it a success for us." She responded the members back with a confident smile yet keeping her thoughts at bay back in her mind...
And there she was handed this envelope which declared her to be the new handler of Mumbai branch. She was just reluctant because she had to leave her hometown where she had spent her life. she was reluctant to face the new city. she was reluctant because she would be alone.
Her frequent meetings in Mumbai signaled her mother of the events.
That night while having dinner
"Muma, The company wants me to join the Mumbai branch" she paused and kept her spoon down.
"But sanyu it is for you to achieve more, are you scared of something?"
"Muma I don't want to go without you."
"Beta it's a matter of few days, I will keep paying you visits and if you like it there I can shift there as well."
"Muma m scared would I be able to survive"
"Survive??? my baby is a warrior..." sanyukta's mother chuckled.
This left Sanyukta a little relieved she thought if she could do it in engineering why not now. She made up her mind and started packing her luggage.
"Sanyu beta woh b le jao pink tumpe bda acha lgta h"
"nai Muma meko ni lena"
"Beta woh green kurta tumhara favorite daal liya na tumne?"
"hnji Muma aap tension mat lo"... and their endless discussion went on (fading)

It was 1 am and he was still restlessly tossing and turning, something was definitely on his mind and he was all lost in it.
(flashback)
Randhir was at home and his mother came over, "beta doctor said u need complete bed rest for few more days"
"but mum meko jana hai bhut imp. business deal h"
"always lost in business, When will you look around? Guys in ur age hardly work and u seem to be an epitome of workaholic"
"Muma mereko apke permanent boyfriend ne hi bigada h woh bhi toh pura din kaam krte h. Unko toh aap kuch ni kehti"
"Uff re beta aisa kaun kehta ha apne dad ke baare mein"
"dekho muma apki shadi ke baad ab aap ke one and only boyfriend toh papa hi huye nah toh..permanent boyfriend" he chuckled
and there his mother landed a friendly slap on his cheek,
"And mere permanent bofriend ne apne son ke liye yh msg diya h ke uss buisness meeting ke liye uske mum dad jayenge"
Randhir made a fake angry face, his mum hugged him and held his hands,
"Beta muma papa ke liye aap sabse upar ho aur jo ke aap iss halat mein nai jaa skte toh dad jaa rhe h, and since meri outing nai huyi toh unko comapny dene i m going with him"
"And kya aap mr. Randhir shekhawat mujhse mere permanent boyfriend ke sath bangkok date pe nai jaane denge???"
"ok ji muma jao par please apna dhayan rkhna"...
(flashback ends)
Randhir woke up breathlessly and had tears rolling down his cheeks. he fiercely clasped the glass of water near him and gulped, rested his back on pillow again looking at the ceiling he never knew when he slept.
