You know how females touch their husband's feet (in those days), how come she didn't? Not even on the marriage week. Just a question, I know in the movie that happens, and in those times was the norm. Will they show it in the future? Not that it matters, but was just a thought. 😊

touching husbands feet... i dont like it personally as many audience follow the shows.. its okie if its on karvachauth or teej track

but i hope they wont show this ritual of touching feet of husband...

Well touching feet is a part of indian culture they can show it in festivals but jodha does a verbal pranam to jalal which spells her regard to him...btw I wont mind a pranam too as in those days it was the culture

well i was wondering the same..in the movie ..ash was shown touch Hrithik 's feet many times..but in serial no such scenes till now ...well its not that i want her do that ..!!

It does show an amount of immense respect. I touch my parents feet everyday even now,would do it for my husband too someday. Not because they expect me to or anything,its totally my decision to do thisgesture

I know most women won't agree with me in today's times,but its one tradition which i dont mind following,even though i belong to a quite broad minded modern family.

About the show,it was a norm at that time. But I guess,since the marriage was more of a "samjhauta",so maybe that's why,they havent shown it. So,I guess now that she has accepted Jalal whole heartedly,she wouldn't mind :)

Although,respect is more from the heart,more about how u feel and not that much about the gestures.
