Reason Tanya is one manipulative woman ...she knows Anshuman is confused and feeling guilty about what he is doing to Pakhi..Thats why she took that step as at any cost she wants to be Mrs Anshuman Rathore..One thing she did not expect Pakhi to reach there.My guess the media reaching Rathore Mansion asking Pakhi about Anshuman must be that father..Daughter duo doing also..Tanya may be wanted to nail it forever this Pakhi issue and once she exposes Anshuman it will be over between them..Tanya will have a big surprise in store as Pakhi knows how to turn the table in her favor without a big drama..
I am quite sure Tanya did not end the call and said all those things on purpose to let the cat out of the bag in front of Paakhi, she may not have expected Paakhi to land at the hotel but that was definitely not a goof up on her part.
As to the bolded part about Rana being behind the media being at Rathore mansion, I think not. May be just to cover all bases Anshuman did reserve a ticket on the plane that crashed, with the crash still being investigated it would be impossible to know all about the dead passengers as well as the surviving victims.
But the airline may have released a list of the passengers who made bookings for the flight which would feature Anshuman' name and with him being such a well known personality it would be of course impossible for the media to not get a whiff of it and may be they landed at his place to actually verify if Anshuman indeed boarded the plane or not and if so is he safe or should they start reporting his death.
