My Last two topics were closed by Mods without giving any proper reasons! Why is that?
I was just criticizing the Creatives of the show! and they all preach about being lieral and open-minded then why can't we discuss these things and sort them out insetad of locking these topics!

Why we are only allowed on this forum when we are here to post drooling posts of the actors?
heights of hypocrisy! Today I know only selective members are allowed to post here!

and this is not a free forum to put your views forward! an stop running from things just discuss them and they will get solution! I never used any bad language , I always respected members who replied but my biggest sin was I put through my views with which many people didn't agree so my post was locked? Hypocrisy on the peek!

Some Muslims who clearly knew what I am trying to say also started preaching about being liberal! Heights of Hypocrisy!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
and I don't fear any post getting locked or getting WL raised and I am too strong to fear these things! I took a stand and I am still by it! Cv's were wrong!

I don't think you get it, you are mixing your view of religion with the show, which is the problem! Be a little professional and get over yourself for the love of God. I cannot believe you are still bickering about this.
People are not allowed to talk about religion, sex, and politics at work because it can get them in trouble due to it's controversial nature. Just a seed for you, and honestly I ran out of all words for you.

Your problem: Jalal is worshiping a statue
solution: GET A LIFE

Dear friend,๐Ÿ˜Š

This is your 3rd thread, for the same reason.
It seems from this post, that you will raise the question again, if Jalal commits the sin / shirk / Gunah-e-kabira of worshipping a God of other religion, which i am sure will happen again.
I understand your point, as Islam does not permits such form of worship. I do agree with the religious aspect.

I rarely comment on religious issues. But commenting today, since, the point to be remembered in this case was, the person under consideration is none other than Akbar - the insan-e-kamil of that age. ๐Ÿ˜Š The man who practiced rationalism in that age, when NO ONE even thought of it. The man who gave the idea of Tauhid-e-ILLAHI.

In your second post, you mentioned some books. But, buddy, there is ENORMOUS difference between, so called books and chronicles.๐Ÿ˜Š

Also, if you do not have faith in these chronicles as well. Then, some SURVIVING EVIDENCES, would work here. Action speak better than words.๐Ÿ˜Š

1. Today also, Diwan-i- Khas, which Akbar constructed in Fatehpur Sikri, has a Hindu Chamber for worshipping in the west corner of the building, on the first floor. This was used for worshipping. Mentioning this, coz this evidence survives till date.

2. There is mention of 144 revolts in chronicles, out of which more than 72 revolts happened due to Akbar's acceptance of beliefs of Hinduism and allowing it to be practiced in close Hindu circle.

3. Even, adorning saffron tika on his head was opposed..! Finally, i repeat what i said before also, he did participate, in prayers of his Hindu Wife..!...

This was history, with only few examples, from chronicles not the books.๐Ÿ˜Š. Just to show image of Akbar is not getting tarnished, by such acts. The question of insult to a religion should not arise here. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Coming to serial. Jalal did that for his beloved one, whom he saw, close to death. He didn't want to leave any stone unturned, to get her back from the jaws of death. Finally, he did something his heart consented to, for there is nothing big than the testimony of heart. Though, Hinduism has no such restriction, Islam has, but him doing this act, going against his religion, should be seen as an act, where he surpassed all restrictions, just for sake of a life. Can something be more divine and pious than this.?๐Ÿ˜Š I don't feel Allah, or Muhammed Sahab, who gave us the gift of Islam would call this an action, which made Akbar a Muslim of less stature. A person who rose above all bondages for a noble cause..!.

I am writing this, because, such scenes on show are bound to repeat in future also.
SO I AM WRITING THIS.
The point you raised was correct.
But the person on which this was being applied, was not justified, buddy . ๐Ÿ˜Š

Dear Abhay (if I may),

This is a lucid, calm, coherent and convincing take on the whole issue.

Regarding @blue, this is why I have always been in awe of Akbar. You might like to see this extract from my post on the Kaali mandir episode No. 87,which I called The Gordian Knot. (at

The part in blue echoes your sentiments about Jalaluddin Mohammed Akbar.

Shyamala B.Cowsik
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The courage of his convictions: There is a perceptible hesitation, for no one should underestimate what this gesture costs him. What he is about to do would be taken as butparasti (idol worship), specifically forbidden in Islam. If anyone had spread the word across the Mughal sultanate that their Shahenshah had paid obeisance to a Hindu but, there would have been an uproar, and not only among the maulvis. Even decades later , when he had long been the all powerful Emperor Akbar, his initiative to found a syncretist religion merging Islam and Hinduism, the Din-e-Ilahi, had attracted widespread criticism. Now he is, as yet, nowhere near that level of unquestioned domination, so the risks are that much more.

Still, he does not hesitate, for in Jodha's troubled and angry gaze, he sees not just the woman whose acceptance he craves, even if only subconsciously as yet, whose barely veiled hostility hurts him like nothing ever before.

He sees the whole of the Hindustan that he wishes to unite under his rule, not by brute force, but thru willing acceptance. Na ki shamsheer ki dhar se, par rishton ke reshmi dhagon me piroke. To win the heart of this Hindustan, he knows now what he has to do. For them to accept him, he has first to accept them.

Jalal already has the breadth of spiritual vision, the inner clarity, that lets him see his Allah in the Devi. Not many even today, anywhere in the world, are able to do that, for all the current politically correct patter about accepting all religions. And in the 16th century, when Protestants and Catholics were massacring each other and burning each other at the stake all over Europe and in England, for the Emperor Jalaluddin Mohammed to demonstrate such purity of thought, such innate humanisn, was nothing short of a miracle.

And this is not just because of Jodha, for even if she might have been the catalyst for this specific act of his, she is not the sole motivation for it. It is all about something infinitely bigger and grander, Jalal's vision for this vast land that he hopes to rule one day in peace and prosperity.

I had saved this reply the previous time u posted...and fortunately...for you..that thread was locked...This time...sorry...u r in for it..

Firstly...In response...
TROLL IN THE DUNGEONNN!!!!!!!!!!!! An attention seeking troll at that...
Now, whoever you are and claim to love...due apologies en avance...
c I hate being sarcastic...coz sadly, I am effin damn good at it...and unfortunately, for you ie.. I am extremely good at shredding people ...verbally...and you...just asked for it...

So, let me start by updating your time zone...if you DO own a calendar ...and quelle surprise! a watch to go with it...Or what the heck...just look out of the dang window...what you would see is the 21st century...not 16... Or 15...or even 14... and while it is seriously tempting to go off an do an ignition.. blast off countdown on your Spanish Inquisition thought process...I shall...refrain from doing so...
Alors...let's begin...

"Very good! They showed Akbar the great folding his hands infront of Krishna Idol and begging for Jodha's life! But Islam says that you rare not a Muslim untill you believe Allah is the only one and His name is Allah only! He is the ultimate King! And when you depend on others like idols, sun, moon etc then you are not Muslim anymore at the same time Islam tells us that we have to respect every religion and we do! "

And Brutus said he was an honorable man...and so were they all..those assassins of Caesar...all honourable men...
Have you...if you ever have done this before...ever wondered why the rest of those rigid religion following zealot kings or Emperors NEVER garnered any respect..beyond feeble mentions in history...that Ghazni dude...Genghis or Taimur..ain't remembered affectionately either...Now I understand that it requires a lot of digestive work to get the necessary sugars to stimulate yer sadly underused brain cells to think...but have you ever tried it...really??
Coz you would then notice that history tends to affectionately remember those regents who were beloved by their subjects...e.g..( that's for example by the way..)...Akbar and Ashoka...( beyond your timeline..but stay with me here...and I am staying within India...coz the rest will be overcrowding your cranium) are called GREAT, because they emphasized tolerance, respect for all beliefs, embracing the customs of their people...and considering them their own...without the forced conversion mumbo-jumbo...and they held their thrones and successfully ruled over the largest kingdoms in history ...not just by being canny or shrewd ..but by respecting their subjects...
Their offspring never got this love...coz the people saw the difference..respect for the regent...sure...love...methinx not...and that supahreligious, rigidly doctrinated, fanatically fervent bub..that Aurangzeb dude...not so much...those guys were affectionately called DESPOTS...( wiki...wiki...)

"But today Cv's crossed the thin line between respec and worship!"

Correction babes..tis RESPECT...remember the song...or was that too offensive for your delicate bigoted sensibilities...?

Respect is what Jodha does of Islam but she never prayed Namaz nor she recited The Quran! Then why jalal was shown? Oh because few History book mention! SO now out of sudden this show has turned in a historical show? really? but those books alos mention Jodha accepting Islam later in life! will thy show this? No na? And I won't appreciate that too as that is not the fact!

Err...prolly because it IS FICTIONALIZED...is that too big a word?? And also most females here love to look at that JALAL dude...in any form...they do find him hawt...cryin, prayin, bathin,fightin...they just love 'em all...
And pray tell, how do you know that Jodha did not do namaz...
GASP! CHOKE! KOFF! Were you ...there??? Are you from that time zone...???? Teleported across time and space and suddenly thrust into a modern world full of technology, knowledge...freedom of thought( yeah...that really does exist)... And hold on...don't pass out on me now...but SINGLE MOMS and..stay with me here...GAY MARRIAGE...( oops..did it flash flood in your medieval thought landscape when I said those words...yeah...that WAS intentional...fake apology insert here...oops sorry that was my IPAD...seen that 1...no..?????)

"History is torted and This show is even more messier then why touch such sentitive issues at all?"

Errr..the word u WERE looking for is DISTORTED...did ya munch on it perchance..?
Course the show is messy...but so is history..all freakin messed n screwed by publicists..passin off as historians...who wrote glowing ..and yawn! exalting accounts to gratify their medieval lordships and put the fear of those loony bins into the illiterate and unenligtened minds of the hapless subjects..in whose number thy shall find thyself...
Also...GET yer comparisons rite...it's either MESSY..(not LIONEL..cos he's kewl)...or MESSIER...but 'even more messier' ..ain't kosher...(yeah! Brought hebrew in here..deal with it!)

P.S: I am posting this because I am offended by the creatives of this show and I think this forum is related to the show so I have full right to criticize the creatives!

Dearest...or maybe not quite..

There has been this very strange process that occurred while you were in deep sleep or freeze..take your pick...it is called EVOLUTION...not just of body, but also of mind..and consequently... thought...

THOUGHT???strange word that ...eh! Since you HAVE riposted on a computer??one does assume you CAN do a wiki..search on it...if not..there are generous and benevolent forum members who would help u out...
Evolution of thought...which has sadly..passed you by...implies that one rises above the petty squabbles of bigotry ( new word I know...look for wiki) and fanaticism...( too many syllables ...perchance??) and focuses instead on humanity , understanding, and acceptance...

You see...before being Muslim, or Hindu, or Christian,Jewish...anything...it is important to be a good HUMAN being...and by implication that means being kind! generous in spirit..( and let me clarify here..since you are sooo prone to misunderstanding...spirit..as in SOUL..and not hic! Capice??)

Being a Hindu does not mean that I cannot go into a mosque or a church and pray..in fact, I find that uplifting...and a truly enlightened person does not seek an idol but prays to the divine within...whether the idol takes the form of a statue, a place of worship , a symbol or sign...it is simply a channel...a conduit ...so to speak...

Open your mind...look beyond the borders of the page...the book that is this world has so much more to offer...and you choose to restrict yourself to the title page...Tch!Tch!

Hi,

The forum certainly allows freedom of speech and promotes healthy criticism but like mentined before in the closing note, history and religion are two extremely sensitive topics and the makers of the show claim no reference to them. Its a fictional show with a historic backdrop that involves a inter-faith couple and variations will be created for drama and TRPs, hence we do not allow such topics that disrupt forum peace and cause chaos...Hope this clears your misinterpretation.

Also quoted below is the note by our CM on your previous thread for your reference:

We have mentioned this time and again not to bring in religious discussions in the forum which can hurt the sentiments of other members and result in religious fights

This is a work of fiction and a disclaimer is always put at the beginning of the show ...

Also in history , Akbar is someone who is known for giving respect and believing in all religions ... If you still want to debate on historical facts , then we already hv a sticky for it where u can put up your query but with proper facts .. Here ..::Doubts & Discussions about Historical facts::..
