bhimdev? Patan ni Prabhuta?

Well, first let me apologize, i m talking here about one gujarati novel "Patan Ni Prabhuta" written by Kaniyalal Munshi. Though its translations i guess are available in other language, many may not be knowing about it.

Now, you guys must be wondering, what it has to do with Prithviraj Chauhan?

I just started watching PRC yesterday and came to know that Prithviraj and Bhimdev are fighting for temple and for shimhasan. So, just got curious if this Bhimdev is same one who comes in starting of that novel as Raja of Gujarat and saves temple (though ofcourse here he is shown as villain, but if u see in old days, old kings are villain for one state and hero (or neutral character) for another. just a matter of how u look at things)

Does anyone have a clue?

well i thought so that very few may be knowing about this, but i m really curious to know as i read that novel 2 years back and dont even have the copy, so cant confirm!!!!!! 😭 but after trying to search some information online, i found that bhimdev solanki from that novel was saving somnath from mahommad ghazanvi not mahommad ghori, so i guess these two should be different bhimdevs. and if that's the case then i m happy, as that bhimdev was a really a good person.😃

Im not sure since there were two bhimdevs in gujarat history.. and i know bhimdev I saved the somnath temple and renovated it.. and this bhimdev is bhimdev II.. and rly dont think that he did anything good.. 😆

at least there is sb who knows sth about it. thx. 😊but well, i wud b glad if wat u r saying is true, but i m still not sure or comfortable. i want conformation. 😕

i don't know about this but u know guys bhimdev ruled over gujarat about 60 yrs or any more.he was the longest ruler in gujarat. 😳 😳
