When Paro comes to know about Rudra past and all he have went though she will forgive him for sure but she wouldn't fall in love with him. This all comes down to Rudra falling manly in love with Paro he will go and ask for her forgiveness. She will forgive him but she would reject his love, he would sure have a different way of showing how much he loves Paro but Paro would never trust Rudra because he's a Janwar.

It will be up to Rudra to make Paro accept him.

You know what, I don't think rudra would know when he falls in love, I doubt he will even admit it to himself.

Paro will def soften towards him for sure, because at the very least she is a good-hearted girl. Pretty sure she'll get to know about the runaway mom soon because of Kakisa or her family. But there's a good chance that even if she does soften, Rudra will do something nasty to set her back up and make her feel that Rudra deserved his mother running away.

Yes she will have a soft spot toward him, there is really no proof that her newly wed husband tried to kill her too. She thinks he's innocent after knowing Thakur true colors she would understand all that happened to her was for the best.

I do agree with your point here. She's a widow and can never fall for a guy who killed her husband because there is no proof against Varun, she thinks he's innocent. Knowing how Rudra is I am sure he will do something to make her go back to the hate mode. She's never going to forgive him for making her a widow.
