Why this Adham wanna kill Atgha poor soul

Really i cant understand what Atgah sahab has done to Adham khan this man wanna kill jalal...😆😆

He is jealous of the influence Atga has on Jalal. And thinks Atgah will get richer and more powerful than him.

Yes.. very true. If I remember correctly, Akbar goes on some important war and returns victorious.

Then, there is a victory rally of sorts, where he goes around the city and accepts congratulations personally from the citizens. Thats when Adham Khan aims poisonous arrow (i think) and tries to kill Akbar. But, Atga Khan is able to divert the assault a bit, that this doesnt kill Akbar, but he does gets wounded but is saved.

I think, this angers Adham Khan and thats why this direct assualt on Atgha.

In real life atagah was not as docile and soft innocent like shown in this serial. He was strict, powerful no nosense mature person. And akbar always took his advice and listened to him. He had same status as Bairam Khan in akbar's life.

Atagah means foster father in persian/turki

His real name was shamshuddin khan but but akbar always adressed him as atagah- means foster father(like abu jaan means father atagah means foster father)

Adham khan and maham anga do not want anyother foster father/mother to influence akbar apart from them. If you observe in serial atagah khan's son aziz koka is never there means not interfering in administration or wanting any position like adham khan.

But when atagah khan is promted as wazir-e-ala(means Prime Minster) maham gets angry. Atagah khan also was very strict and loyal adham had stolen lot of jewels from the royal khazana to give as gifts for women etc and he had fudged the accounts of malwa both of which atagah khan demands answers from him and tells him to give correct account details.

So adham scared that atagah may tell akbar so to avoid that he kills atagah and then in his stupor wants to challenge akbar although akbar is having noon siesta. But his korchi-i think body gaurd will tell akbar not to come out as adham has killed atagah and is coming towards his chambers may be to kill him. That is when akbar goes out and sees atagah body and slaps adham khan and orders his killing
