Karan is furious that Sapna didn't tell him about the problem she's facing with the minister's son - Jeetu. Another blow to the women comes when they come to know that their factory has been sealed. Daya suggests that they seek Pranav's help to get out of this problem. When Sneha tries to talk to Pranav he taunts her and asks her to take help from Amit. Sneha is hurt. She calls Amit and decides to meet him at a restaurant. Pranav follows Sneha. But instead of solving her problem, Amit tells her he is in love with her! Sneha doesn't know what to say… and all this while Pranav had been overhearing!
