Jai will become an alcoholic

Have any of you seen the hindi version of Parent trap? With Kajol in the double role of the twins and Rishi Kapoor and Rati Agnihotri essaying the role of the estranged parents. There Rishi Kapoor hit the bottle and became an alcoholic after his wife left. In Kyunki after Tulsi's departure Mihir too became an alcoholic.

We've all seen that Jai always hits the bottle whenever he faces a problem in his lovelife. It was always the presence of Bani that gave him strength and everytime she left he'd start drinking. I think that after the news of Bani's staged death Jai will be too shattered to face life without her and will descend into alcoholism. This is the only way Pia, post the news of Bani's death will continue to be in WM. The 3 witches will rule the roost and Jai will seek solace in booze and his memories. Even his children will be a painful reminder that he unwittingly was an instrument of his beloved Bani's death. The twins will probably be reared by Rano, Maasi and Adi.

Only after 5 years will Jai emerge from his stupor when his little girl will say or do something that will remind him of Bani. What do all of you think?

BTW I think RK will be fantastic as a drunken broken man.

i hope that Jai doesnt [well not desert as such] but pay attention to the children, he is the only one they have, the one they can luk upto..

i guess the kids will make him realise his mistakes of drinking and will make him move on, not for his sake but for the childrens future..

Dont u think,he will atleast try to nibhavao one relation in his life that is by becoming a good father!!He knida failed in all other relations so atleast he will maintain this last one which is bani's nishani,her saaya and his mom's incarnation.

5 years Of drinking...Not good.It will make him seem more like a Loser!!

Yes u have a point as his character is always shown hitting the bottle when
he is unable to face personal problems. But lets see bc now he is a father
and if Bani is declared dead, of course he would be shattered but he will also
be aware that the kids are the akhri nishani of Bani--so I'd rather he be
superprotective of them. I don't think he will go into an alcoholic mode.
Lets See. I think he is going to be the greatest father to Bani's kids, he will
love them to death.

I am going for this..... cause I belief that jai will not grab the bottle.... he has a responsibility to his kids.....and most off all to bani..... If he can go so far by begging on his knees then he would never let his responsibility down....
