They have cleverly skipped the story of Vakasura vadha in Ekachakra by Bheema. After escape of Lakshagriha, the pandavas entered into the village of ekachakra. They took shelter in a brahmin family. Vakasura wanted one person everyone as his food & one day it was the turn of the family where the Pandavas stayed. Bheem agreed to go to combat Vakasura & finally killed. Kampilya story comes only after Vakasura.

It has become common now. Starbharat is all about idiotic fictional tracks..not the real ones.

And yes, they skipped it because Bheema was the one who killed the demon. They were ignoring his part in the tracks so far...this time they completely skipped it!

I think this Bakasura part is a folktale created by Bhima admirers that accidentally got added to Vyasa's MB 😆

PS: this has been our question too for a long time with no answer.. so better we get convinced with the imaginary fact above.. what do you say? peace be with us 😊

Bakasura Vadh is written in Bhagwan Vyasa's Mahabharata. Even B.R. Chopra's legendary creation MAHABHARAT showed it. This serial is hopeless.

shame, shame, shame, they could have easily shown it, they managed to spend a whole week on devising a wholly new scenario involving the panchal family and couldnt give atleast one episode to shoe Bakasur Vadh.

I hate that they spend a few episodes leading up to Draupadi and Arjun making eyes outside the Shiv Temple.

They showed rubbish like a Brahmin family WORKING for a Vaishya? What rubbish!!

They didn't even show meeting with Dhauyma and I'm VERY surprised they missed out the Gandharva that Arjun defeated on the way to Kampilya. This is the story of Mahanayak Arjun. Surely they wouldn't miss out important stories like Arjun defeating someone.
