RB was upset with naksh and bma and he was about to leave the house ak told gay3 kasam but what happen to ak,, may be she is too stressed the things going on now and too much work at home too.. felt very bad for her,, only person can understand is Nk.. he worried about her and tell her to take rest ..

I do not understand how much work they have in that house, with 4-5 people and 3 servants
