@Preetz: Wow I love Kerala alot!! Hmm, here in our weddings we have many rituals even after groom tie the knot to the bride...A very long wedding!!

we also have rituals after knot but nowdays, its gone for a complete shortcut..

mantras cut short, and only important rituals are carried out..

nowdays, its more of package marriage

@Preetz: Exactly!! All these priests also make it in a hurry!! Usually in the olden days, we used to have 5 days or 7 days weddings itseems...Now a days single day wedding seems very difficult!!😆

no time na.. they need to finish marriage here and go and attend some other function or some other marriage..

infact we also dont have 7 days to give for a marriage now.. so not just to blame them.. none of our relatives can make it for 7 days because job is high priority these days.. even the ones getting married cant spend 7 days since they need to resume back to work..

now days toh its first reception then marriage 😆
