Khushi's departure is going to change Arnav...what the changes are, we'll see as the updates come along.😳 LIfe definitely isnt always fair and sometimes...some situations make you do things that you wish you'd done differently when you look back on them...but in the heat of the moment or in the midst of it all...even the most ridiculous decisions seem like a good idea...And thank you for referring to this song...it fits perfectly with the situation and can be applied to both Arnav and Khushi's POV👏

I am really disgusted by Arnav. Regardless of whether he slept with Shanaya or not, he could have admitted to Khushi. I hope Arnav finds Khushi's diary, and realizes that he had been wrong all this time. That she was in fact in love with him, but if she will still be in love with him the next time they met, is another story. Khushi needed this move, and I am glad it came on the right time.

You're thinking in the right direction but I'll just say...stay tuned to find out what the situation with Shanaya is...Khushi did interrupt the make-out session but that was months ago...the past two parts alone span over an entire month...😳

Forgetting birthdays...I have had my best friends forget my birthday sometimes...my parents forget it sometimes.😆😆...life is hectic these days and sometimes...things like birthdays just take a back-seat in the midst of insane issues...😳 I can tell that you're really upset by arnav's behaviour and what not but for now I;ll request you to not judge him without hearing out his side of the story...I will be revealing what he went through as well and until then, please try and not hate him too much.😆

As for the move...it will do Khushi good, for sure...she will use the time to find herself.😊

Finally Rohan and Akash did realise that Khushi did love Arnav, it's a little to late.

Why Arnav is ignoring Khushi...I havent revealed that bit yet...but I'll say that he's scared of the conversation that he THOUGHT she was going to have...guilt is a part of it all...but guilt for what...you shall see when I reveal Arnav's POV.

He wasn't there for her departure because he doesnt know...Anjali and the others didn't tell him...Khushi tried to reach him but like I mentioned at the end of the chapter...his phone was dead...

Shanaya's pregnancy is a mystery, I know and I intend to keep it that way for now...when Arnav's POV is revealed...it will all be taken care of.

I didn't want to make Anjali selfish when it came to such situations...she could have easily defended her brother but Khushi is her best friend and I just couldn't have Anjali favouring Arnav at a time like this...I've said this before too but if my brother was being a jerk to my best friend who I knew likes him...I would have either told her to move on or knock some sense into my brother...since Anjali isn't about to make Arnav understand anything...she's supporting Khushi with the moving...😳

If you've already gotten to the Interlude, then you already know about shanaya's pregnancy and stuff but Arnav's behaviour and silence when Khushi questioned...all of that will be revealed later in the coming updates..as of now, chapter 11 will show life "3 years later"😳 Maybe leaving will be good for Khushi...😉

Have you read the interlude already?? if you have then you have ONE answer of the many...no you didn't read the previous chapters wrong...😉 You're right for saying that Shanaya is lying...and Arnav is not a weak person...he just has a lot of weaknesses...Khushi and Anjali being two of them...and what he went through involved both to some extent and hence he decided to close up and not share the pain.

I know...I hinted at Shanaya being the problem causer when I showed a glimpse of her in the bar on the guys' night out...Shanaya lied about the pregnancy and it indeed has caused ArHi to pull apart...but something else had added to the separation and will be revealed partly in ch 11..he didn't let Khushi tell him what she wanted to because he thought she might talk about feelings and with the things he was dealing with at the time, he didn't want to have that conversation...he had no idea about her medical school...

I know...unexpected things with Arnav-Khushi...but its all for the better, trust me. They need to find themselves..they're still young😉 You're right...Shanaya is faking it...Arnav didn't deny it because he has his reasons...guilt is definitely one of the many things he'd been feeling in that month that he ignored Khushi and the others...I honestly wasn't trying to keep you guys on your toes with this story...it just happened...lol...😆 Arnav's POV will come in the later parts...I decided to combine the two options I'd presented for the readers to vote for...so I showed things of the present from Khushi's POV but Arnav's POV will come in as flashbacks.😃 Khushi's new Avatar will still have elements of her old self...knowing me, you should totally expect a female powerhouse.😃😆

First of all...we've hit a 100 pagesalready!!!! I can't believe this! After having written 6 pieces of works..this is the first time ever that my thread has reached 100 pages in 10 parts! You guys are absolutely amazing with your support!

Thank you so much!! I know I usually dedicate such milestones to particular people...but this time I'm just going to dedicate this to ALL of you! Mostly everyone on this fic has been with me through the prologue till now and I hope to have you guys with me through the end of this story.😳

Part 10.5: Interlude

I've tried something new with the interlude. Its not a normal 'story' style of writing. I've tried my best to describe the 3 years gap of the leap with suitable quotes, song lyrics, and most importantly, a few of the e-mails exchanged between Khushi and the others. Its just to give a general idea of what went on in the 3 years...the particulars will be explored with my usual updates.

I hope you guys like what I've tried with this...kind of nervous since its the first time I'm trying my hand at an 'Interlude'. So..here goes...

So...??? I'm still nervous..lol...I'm really hoping that this...experiment...is a success...Its just that I find that sometimes, songs and quotes convey feelings and situation better than an essay of a paragraph.😳

So...I went to watch 'Jai Ho' today...totally in Salman's Phangirl mode right but just something I picked up from the movie:

If you like this story, tell three people about it and tell them each to tell three others if they like it.😉😆

Anyway...all in all it was a good movie...action...some comedy...some romance...some 'aww' moments...and a good message above that. If you're a Salman fan...I definitely recommend it.

(and no, I was not paid to promote the film.🤣)

This was a good idea. A story writing twist if you will. So it looks like either their emails are not getting to each other or they don't know how to hit send.

I wonder if Khushi moved on found someone and now its time for Arnav to take a back seat.
