Hello Guys, I'm back with an update... Hope you guys like it 😊 Thank you all for the likes and those lovely comments. Means a lot to me, So here i go...

Chapter 8

Asad kept pacing the room, dialing Najma's number which was out of reach...

'Asad, Najma ne mujhe call karke bataya tha ki late hone wala hai... wo Zoya ke saath hai, koi zaroori kaam hoga isiliye late hogaya shayad' Dilshad said hoping to reduce her son's anger...

'Ammi, please don't try to justify her... wo nayi mehmaan, Miss NewYork, Maine pehle hi kaha tha Najma se, usay iss ghar ke rules batadena, lekin She herself had to break the rules, im sure it must be the effect of her company' Asad said

'Asad, stop it, please tum Zoya se kuch nahi kahogi..' Dilshad pleaded...

'Asad Miyan, stop behaving like this, Najma informed ammi, Why do you have to over react..' Ayan said shrugging his shoulders

'Ayan you better stay out of this, i know how to handle them' Asad said in a dangerous voice

'Okay.. Chill bro' Ayan said 'Ayan, ek kaam karo, jaake dekho, shayad raaste me ataak gaye ho dono' Shireen said

'Nahi kaala, rehne dijiye, koi lihaas nahi hai in dono main ki phone kare' Asad shouted

'Asad, Najma ne mujhe call kiya tha'

'Kab kiya tha ammi, 2 ghante pehle, abhi phone karke batana tha na, ki dono theek hai, ek toh anjaan sheher main hai' Asad blurted

'Anjaan sheher main, Are you worried about Zoya, Asad miyan' Ayan said playfully, While he only received a glare from Asad. Dilshad and Shireen looked at each other confused.. and shrugged it off as soon as they heard the door bell...

Dilshad knew her son's anger, she quietly went upto him and put her hand on his shoulder signalling him to calm down, while he just ignored...

Zoya and Najma entered the drawing room, and stood still looking at the reactions.. Najma knew something was coming up.. She din't want Zoya to be blamed

'Zoya, you go take rest, you must be tired , go' Najma said pushing her towards her room, while Zoya was confused, she walked towards her room, while Asad stood right in front of her blocking her way and signalled Najma to stand next to her... Najma ran towards Zoya clutching her hands... Zoya could see his anger, his eyes were red with anger, for a second she was scared looking at his eyes, she gulped looking at him...

'Asad'

'Ammi.. please' he said showing his hand, stopping her midway.

Asad looked at both of them, fisting his hands
'There are a set of rules which has to be followed in you want to stay in this house, i think Najma knows this well' he said looking at Najma..

'Dint i tell you to clearly mention'

'Bhaijaan... its my fault.. actually we were coming earlier, but'
'i don't need an explanation, i don't want this to repeat.. Do i make myself clear'
Both of them stood still shocked at his voice...

'Did i make my self clear' he said shouting loudly, Zoya and Najma got startled and nodded... He gave one long glare at Najma and retired to his room, while Dilshad shireen and Ayan sighed...

Zoya was shocked... she was numb at this new side of Asad, this was the first time she faced his anger..

'Zoya, im sorry.. its all my fault... Bhaijaan is very strict when it comes to safety.. that's why he reacts like this' Najma said rubbing her shoulders, in order to calm her down..

'Its okay Najma... I think i should go take rest' Zoya said walking towards her room..

'Najma, tum bhi Zoya ke saath jao' Dilshad said... she dint want Zoya to be alone, how will she feel, being treated like this... Ayan followed them to Zoya's room...

'Dilshad.. did you observe...' Shireen asked

'shireen, are you in the same thoughts as i am' Dilshad said rubbing her head..

'Pata hai shireen, im confused, Asad never controls his anger..and today, he was calm, i mean Asad ke style ke liye, this was a calm way to handle the situation'

'Yaad hai, when Najma's friends would come home, especially Seher.. how he would shout at them for making noises at home, especially when these girls had their party... ' Shireen said

'I wonder what is up with my Asad..'

'Nothing is wrong Dilshad, i guess he's smitten By Zoya, i mean who wont be, She's so beautiful and so adorable..haina' Shireen said in a dreamy voice while Dilshad rolled her eyes
'Tum bhi na Shireen... Zoya humari mehmaan hai, uske baare main aise kaise soch sakte hai... she's here for a reason, she hasn't told about it, lekin we should respect that..' Dilshad said so and walked towards the kitchen,,

'what ever it is, im sure its the start of love, may be not really love, Asad is definitely attracted towards her' Shireen said to herself and followed Dilshad...

'Najma, for the N'th time, please stop this sorry!!, Its okay... i understand.. its not entirely your fault, infact you helped me out' Zoya said sitting on her bed

'Hey ladies, By the way Zoya, you should be lucky... this was the most calmest way Asad could handle this situation.. Today was your lucky day' Ayan said laughing and settled on the couch

'What do you mean lucky day.. Im not scared of him.. what if he had shouted at me, i would have given it back, Huh' Zoya said
'whoa... wokay chill,,.. i was just joking...'.. Ayan said
"Shehni..., Mr Sher Miss Sherni... Mrs Sher" he thought to himself and shook his head...

'Waise, Seher used to tell me about Mr Eyecandy's anger... even after that she still used to go on and on about how good looking your bhaijaan is.. stupid girl' Zoya said laughing..

'Waise Zoya, how is Seher, its been so long.. is she grown beautiful' Ayan asked dramatically , raking his hair

'Don't worry Ayan she's committed.. Better luck next time' Zoya said and Najma broke into laughter..

'Shit, i lost a chance... Let it be.. i can try my luck on Zoya.. Kyun??' Ayan said,

'Ayan' Najma shouted and smacked on his head,

'Oh-kay.., I get it.. im leaving.. bye ladies..' Ayan said so and left

'Najma, don't tell Seher about me... you keep contacting her right.. Even by mistake, don't let out, it might cause danger for me...'

'Don't worry Zoya.. i wont..and we don't talk much from the time she left for NYC... we only send mails to each other.'

'Yeah, she would tell me, how much she missed you guys'

'Come lets go for dinner'

Dinner was as usual a quite affair... where Zoya and Najma kept stealing glances... Shireen and Ayan had gone back to their house.
Asad never looked up.. He just walked back to his room after dinner...

Later, Najma and Dilshad were cleaning up...

'Najma, tum aaj bhi Zoya ke saath sojao.. '

'Ji ammi, waise she's fine ammi, usey bhaijaan ke gusse se koi shikayat nahi hai.. she understood' dilshad was convinced now, she felt happy..

Asad sat on the bench in the garden sipping his coffee...

He was lost in thoughts...
'what is wrong with me, how could i control my anger... until now no body could control my anger, not even ammi... and this girl... how did i even melt looking at her... she looked so scared, why did i hate that look on her face, i usually like it when people get scared of me, why did i hate that fear on her face.. i cannot see her fear, especially for me... why... calm down Asad... may be its because she's very innocent... that's what melted me... NO!! her eyes.. it showed fear for me... stop it Asad... '

Zoya kept turning and tossing on her bed... sleep was far away... she looked at Najma who was sleeping peacefully... she did not want to disturb her... she walked towards the garden...

She saw Asad sitting on the bench... she needed fresh air, she was sleep deprived, she was nervous, and impatient to wait for three days, until her advertisement gets published... she decided to ignore him and sit down...

Asad sensed her presence and looked at her on the other end of the bench looking up the sky.. he turned back and concentrated on his coffee...

There was silence for 15 minutes.. Zoya felt awkward, silence was killing her, she decided to break the silence

'not sleepy' she asked softly looking at him...

Asad rolled his eyes ' I was wondering how come you're still quite, Miss Blabber queen'

'Excuse me, tameez se baat kijiye...ye baat karne ka tareeka hai? weird man' Zoya said loudly

'Shhh... can you be soft...by the way, what can i expect from you... ' he said

'what do you mean.. i was speaking softly until you replied with your sarcastic comments' Zoya said turning away

'Will you please speak softly.. like a normal human being'

'Im a human being, unlike you.. Lion.. you roar like one.. show anger on people.. and give deadly glares like your going to eat them up.. huh' She said rolling her eyes

he looked at her with guilt... 'she really must have got scared' he thought

'Sorry' he said looking straight

'sorry... did i hear a SORRY' Zoya asked surprisingly

'i mean.. yeah.. uh.. i should have not behaved like that... and that doesn't mean you take things lightly.. i still want you to follow the rules strictly' he said looking at her...

She gave a surprising look' Huh, sorry bhi bolta hai, ab phirse gusse se dekh raha hai'

'Kuch kaha' Asad asked

'No nothing, aap khafi dominating hai, no actually fully dominating hai.. and i hate that' , Asad controlled his anger

'App bhi khafi childish hai aur loud bhi.. even i hate that' he said rolling his eyes

'Good, we have something in common atleast, that we hate each other... Good night Mr Akdu Ahmed Khan.. it was not so nice talking to you.. Hope i don't get nightmares about you..' She said and walked back to her room

'Childish, she dint deserve a sorry.. Stupid girl.. she's changing me day by day.. i should stay away from her' He said pinching the bridge of his nose. He got up and retired to his room.

'What!!' screamed Najma..

'bhaijaan told you, sorry'

Zoya sighed, yes Najma, why are you so over reacting, 'ek sorry hi toh kaha'

'Zoya, bhijaan kisise sorry nahi bolte hai... im shocked, firstly he never speaks to girls, upar se he controlled his anger and Sorry!! i mean bhaijaan se tujhe sorry bola, you know, your very special Zoya.. there is some magic in you... seriously... No wonder your giving so so many shocking news about bhaijaan... is there something more Zoya, abhi mujhe batadena, i can't take another shock'

'Najma chill... your really funny at times..' Zoya said shrugging her shoulders...

'okay, ill take a shower, see you at breakfast'

'i shall go and take a shower too, i need to hurry, its getting late for college' Najma ran towards her room

'Ye Najma bhi na, kitni hyper hojati hai.. i wonder what's making Mr Khan do all this.. Am i special to him... Ya Allah.. what am i thinking.. i shall take a shower'

The rest of the day went as usual... Fun, laughter, Ayan and Zoya got along well... Najma too joined them after her college... Asad never came back home since he was piled up with work.. next day was a saturday, and he had works to finish before the next week commences, so he to finish off...
Ayan, Najma and Zoya decided to go for a picnic the next day, that is Saturday.. they made all plans to an adventurous picnic.
