Raghu was in his office thinking about the incidents happened today.. he was not able to work in office...Rahul came to him and asked for lunch..
he noticed that rahul was behaving properly.. there was no change in his behaviour...
"din't his wife compliant him about me.. good.. chalk itni akal to hai..." Raghu thought..
his friends dragged him to canteen for lunch.. but he was feeling restless.. so he just took a coffee and came into his cabin...
he was staring at the tiffin kept on his table...and he was lost in the things happened a week before and after that...
- - - - FLASHBACK A Week Before - - - -
Raghu's POV
I woke up... it was saturday just next morning of the night we had that big argument on the decision we made a few months back...
I was sure that something will happen today and I will have to face a new sherni avatar of my wife...
I saw in my right side.. bed was empty..
and then i heard the sound of shower coming from the bathroom..so I just again lay down on the bed..
I din't want to face her..or I din't had the courage for...
after 10 minutes she came out.. and she looked at me.. with her expressions i could see that she was relieved that she din't need to wake me up..
she got ready and I too walked towards bathroom..
when i came out i saw that bed was all set..and to my surprise all my required stuffs were there..
i got ready in hurry so that i can go and talk to her...
I just walked towards the kitchen and leaned over the door.. "good morning.."
good morning..she replied but din't turn to me..I was hurt..
"is it ready..." she nodded in no...
ohk..
"10 minutes.."hmm..
"u need help??" i again tried to continue the convo..
she nodded in no...
she is angry.. but she din't show...i couldn't even say sorry to her.. why m i so scared of her...I thought and came in the living room
I was in my thoughts when antara called me for breakfast..
"aa jaiye..".. she called me so softly.. or only i felt that to be soft..
it's good.. I tried to start some convo..
thanks... she said..
I paused for a minute and asked her..you're mad at me?
she looked at me.. NO! she said with a straight face...
but you should be.. i could see her wet eyes.. which were making me restless
she finished her food in hurry.. and got up...
you don't need to think much.. I am not going anywhere. for u it could be fake relation.. but for me it was a commitment that i made with my bestie..
and a tear escaped from her eyes..
i have hurt her a lot...but i was relieved..thank god..that she is not leaving.
she cooked for me in lunch as well.. and dinner too.. but she din't talk for me in whole day..
except when she called me on dining table..
same thing was repeated n sunday and monday as well.. she was completing all her responsibilities.. she used to say.. but din't talk to me a word unless it was necessary...
when i came back.. i rang the door bell.. she opened the door.. and i came inside..
that smile was missing that i used to see every time i come from office and she opens the door..
today i just came and tried to get her attention that she will taunt me..so i threw my stuffs on couch...
she picked them and went in the room...it's been 3 days we talked properly...
i went in the room but i saw her so i wait at the door..she was taking my track suit out from my closet..
she put that on the bed.. and walked out of the room..she din't even look at me...
i got ready and before i asked her that evening breakfast was ready...all these things were actually irritating me...
we were sitting together.. but she din't ask me how was my office.. or anything...
and a week passed like that only...
- - - - FLASHBACK ENDS - - - -
Raghu was still staring at the tiffin.. he opened it..and had some food.. he was about to finish the last bite when he thought of that day when he intentionally left a chapati in tiffin...
and she din't say a word...while she always used to fight with him when he doesn't finish his food...
so today he finished all his food because that formula din't help him..
he thought that she doesn't talk to me much.. and she is right.. i was wrong..
no neither i was.. but the way i just asked her to leave n find some one else was wrong..
i should have apologise.. which i din't..but why i couldn't say sorry to her..
whatever happened that day.. we both were hurt..
if my heart was bleeding.. so was her and i can feel that.. i will apologise to her..
today he smiled. because finally he got an idea...
it was 9 PM.. Raghu had not reached home.. and Antara was upset..
he usually comes at 6 or 6:30 and if it's late he always informs her.. then why din't he call her..
obviously it's me who is not talking to him.. he has tried it so many time.. but i was always cold towards him.. she thought..
but even he was wrong.. he shouldn't have said.. whatever he did... and fine if he did.. he should have said a sorry at least...
but she brushed off all thoughts.. and dialled his number...but there was no response..
she called him again n again... but no one picked the call.. she called in his office and she came to know that he has left at 6 itself...
she dialled some of his friends but none of them knew where he was..
she was very upset now.. she called him again... and he was sitting in his car a few meters away from his house.. was smirking looking at the screen of his mobile..
she called him more than 50 times.. but he din't pick the call... he was busy in reading her message.. that came an hour before..
he had read it 100 times..
"kahan hai aap.. ghar aa jaiye..
bahut der ho gayi hai..
aap phone kyun ni utha rahe..
mujhe bahut dar lag raha hai.."
he kept reading it and kept smiling... she is no more angry.. he thought...
he came out of the car.. and removed his shirt and rolled it a bit in dust.. and sat down so that there was some dust on his jeans as well...
he placed some dust on his face obviously taking care of his looks and put on his shirt again... and came back in his car.. and drove to his home...
mrs naik.. I'm coming.. your Raghu Nath Naik is back... he said and smirked...
he reached home.. Antara saw some lights near their parking area.. and she ran towards the door.. before he could reach the door.. she opened it and saw him...
she ran towards him and hugged him immediately...he deliberately dropped his back on floor and hissed in pain..
she pulled herself out of the hug.. and saw him and noticed all dust on his clothes and face...
she picked his bag and dragged him inside the house...
she switched on the light...and looked at him.. he was looking all messed up... she held his hand.. and made him sit..
what happened...??
he again hissed in pain... she ran towards the kitchen.. and got a glass of water for him..
she made him drink it.. and wiped his face with her dupatta.. and he closed his eyes smelling her fragrance...
he came back to her trance with her voice...
she had tears in her eyes...
"where were you.. what has happened to you..."
it's nothing antara.. I am fine... he wiped her tears..
aww.. i din't do this to see these tears in your eyes.. he thought...
she brushed off his shirt and jeans with her dupatta and sat near him...
"are you okay.??." he nodded in yes...
"i was calling u for hours.. why din't u pick ur phone"..
u called me??
hmm.. message bhi kiya tha...i called in ur office.. ur friends..
i din't see.. he tried to get up and pretended to be hurt..
she stopped him and got his mobile..and gave him..
what has happened to u...u wait i'll get u some medicines..
but he held her hand and made her sit.. "i am fine.."
he checked his mobile..
oh! it was on silent.. (which he din't forget to set when he drove back to home)..
i was in meeting in evening...so i set it on silent..
then i went to market to get something for u..
and she cut him in between.. "bt i din't ask u to get anything.."
i know i thought u were angry with me...
no i am not... omggg...why did u go.. m not angry with you.. how can i.. ?
plz tell me where u're hurt.. plz..
i am fine.. it was just a small accident..i have been to chemist and got a gel..
he pointed towards his bag.. which he actually got because he had pain in his back when he was hit 2 days back in office...
she took the gel from his bag and saw some chocolates too.. she looked at him..
he asked her for his bag.. he took out the chocolates and gave them to her and placed his bag down on the floor...
he sat properly on couch and she hugged him... and cried.. "please don't do this again... i don't need anything...
you please come back to home directly..."
she helped him to stand up and brought him to their room...
she gave him his tracks and he went for shower. she gave him the gel so that he can apply it after taking bath...
she noticed that he took more time to get ready.. and felt bad for him that he was hurt bcz of her...
once he came out she asked him to sit in bed..she brought food for him.. and asked him to hv it in room only as he is not well..
yeah!! by the time she brought dinner.. he had lay down on his side...
she woke him up.. and helped him to sit...
she made him feed.. otherwise he will have to get up to wash his hands...
he was thoroughly enjoying all this..
once the dinner was done he asked her for pain killer...she asked if its paining a lot we can go to doctor...so he denied..
when she came to her side.. she once again asked if he needs anything.. some warm milk or anything..
but he nodded in no...
she was about to switch off the lights..
he called her... "antara??"
ji..she stopped and replied..
umm.. actually my back is paining a lot.. i was hurt there.. he tried to move his hand back.. but she stopped him...
i.. umm.. i wasn't able to ... gel i mean...
OH!! she looked at him...
i think it's hurt pretty bad...
umm..oh.!! umm...o oh okay...
so.
you lay down... i... i'll apply it...
no... she looked at him... no.. i mean
...u sure?
hmm.. yeah!! she said softly...
he laid down headlong.. and she came out of her duvet.. and sat near him...
she removed his duvet.. and saw him.. he was lying there peacefully...
Ssshhiirttt... she muttered...
oh!
he tried to sit but he couldn't so he turned a bit and saw her sitting near him above his duvet... he opened his shirt buttons and she helped him removing it...
she lowered her gaze.. but he kept looking her... she took his shirt and placed on her duvet...
he lied down again... and she thought for a few seconds and touched his vest with tremblings hands.. which he could feel.. he closed his eyes feeling that she is feeling uneasy...
"if i'll ask her to stop.. that will be more awkward now..aaarrgghh!!".. he thought..
she pulled his vest a little above his waistline.. and asked him in her trembling voice.. which she tried hard to not to show is trembling..
and he felt her soft fingers on his waist...
"kahan lagi hai??"
here.. he tried to move his hand back.. and tried to place it in centre...
okay.. and he removed his hand... she pulled his vest above... and took the gel in his right hand...
she held his vest with her left hand and slid her right hand inside.. and both of them felt shivers through their spine...
she touched his body softly.. and he was lost in her touch.. he had shower an hour before.. his gel smell was making her weak...
she touched when he was hurt..so hissed in pain again..
is it blue? he asked..
ji?
is it blue? he asked again..
maine dekha nahi... she said and they both got silent immediately..
ohk....
she again rubbed her fingers on the bruises and he shook a bit..
so she pulled his vest again.. and finally saw it.. and got worried.. "bahut jyada lagi hai aapko..."
she took more gel and massaged on his bruises very softly...she blowed on there.. and he felt goosebumps...
meanwhile she adored his muscular body..
after a few minutes she said.. "ho gaya..."
but he din't reply..
she looked at him he was already slept... she adored him and then fixed his vest and covered him with his duvet...
she cleaned her hands and then touched his face.. brushed her fingers and kissed him in his hairs..
"don't do that again...i was very scared today..."
she moved to her side and dozed off soon..

It was sunday.. Antara woke up.. and saw that raghu is already awake.. she noticed him..he was doing some antiques since past 2 hours..
she din't say anything and just asked about his health.. he said he was fine.
and got busy in his work..
antara got ready and came in the kitchen..and saw him all ready with an apron of her..
she asked him what is he doing here but he din't reply and made her sit in living room..and after 2 hours of wait.. finally he came with two trays in his hands...
he placed them on the table.. and called antara...
she came and saw that he cooked SOMETHING for both..
last night he thought that how antara takes care a lot for him..for everything from his stuffs to all his meals..so he decided to give her surprise and to make breakfast for her as to show her that he cares too.. and more over today he wanted to apologise for all those words he said that day...though she is normal now.. but still he needs to say sorry..
so today he woke up early and prepares breakfast...
antara was very much happy today .. he made cutlets, paranthe and tomato-onion veg for her..
As she tastes (she knows that something is missing bt by seeing him happy and excited...)
"its very delicious..u cooked so well" she praised him
and raghu got double happy that she liked the breakfast..and he is successful in his mission.. Thank you.. he bend down and said..
she smiled..
he pulled a chair for himself and sat beside her.. he took one spoon from her plate..
but as soon as he tastes the food he says "its rubbish!.hw are u eating this?
antara says "no its not..its very yummy.."...
"namak hi namak hai...sorry antara..its not good" and he made a puppy face..
"how dare u to say like this..its good...i liked it...after all u made this after applying so much efforts...since morning"
and she starts eating it again...and made him eat it too.. its very good.. and if u're not liking it then i'll cook something for u...
actually u know what.. u're right... it's not that bad..
but its your fault..
hmm?? how??? she looked at him..
"u cooked so well..thats why i don't like my own food...its bcz of u...otherwise i cooked very well"
and she make O face and they both laughed...
(This breakfast idea was given by suchi.. she also wrote some part of it.. thanks sweetie..)

she looks at him.. he holds her hand.. "i need to talk u something.."
she gets up and walk towards the kitchen...
he follows her.. "antara i know u're talking to me.. you're not mad at me.. especially after when i told you that i had that accident..."
first of all it's not your fault.. that you were mad at me .. so i had that accident.. she looked at him in shock.. i know that's what you would have thought...
she lowered her eyes...
but i know that you're still sad.. and that's because i have hurt you a lot...
no i am not... she said softly...
i am not talking about our marriage but that night.. when i said all those awful things to you...
all moments of that night.. those questions in party.. how he said she can find another guy.. how he called their marriage a fake relation...all moments flashed in front of her eyes..
and she ran towards her room...he saw her eyes were moist again...
he came out.. and banged on the wall...
u can't see me in pain.. u forgot all ur anger when u saw me in pain.. and i..i have hurt you a lot antara.. a lot...
antara was sitting in the room all cuddled... when she heard some musical sound.. she came out.. and saw raghu.. sitting on the two stairs in their hall going towards their bedroom..
he was playing his mouthorgan that she gifted him...
he played it for a while and saw her.. she looked at him... and he tried to sing something.. he heard her once humming in kitchen...
"mata e jaan meri jaan hai tu...
mata e jaan meri jaan hai tu...
jaan le meri jaan meri jaan hai tu..."
he got up and walked towards her..
Dard hai ya suku...
tum se kase kahu..
teri palkon se chin lunga aansu
(he wiped her tears from her cheeks and shook his head to not to cry...)
jaha bhi tu jaye mera saya saath hai
(he took her hand and stood up..)
hamesha mein rahu tere...
(he turned her around and made her spin twice...)
tere.. tere.. hamesha main rahu tereee...
he kept her making spin and she laughed with teary eyes...

he stopped and bended a bit in honour of her...
and they both laughed... he looked at her.. and hugged her...
she hugged him too...
I am sorry Antara... please forgive me... they both hugged each other tightly..
tears rolled down on their cheeks which they both felt on each other's shoulder.. and they both chuckled...

i know i shouldn't have said all that.. and if i said.. i should have talk to u next mooring itself.. but i was scared of u...
she pulled herself out of the hug..

she nodded in no.. "no.. plz.. don't say like that... we both need each other.. "
he nodded in yes.. they both smiled..
and he made her spin again n again...
i won't made lunch.. that only u hv to make..
