There's so much discussion happening on Jalal's marital relationship with Jodha, his harem and his impending marriage with Ben. No one wants him to get up close with Ben. Somebody mentioned in this forum that Jalal must be used to spending nights with his chief queen Ruku. Also everyone knows how much Jalal wants a baby.
In view of all this, what I'm curious about is that Jalal is almost always shown sleeping alone. Even if he visits Ruku, he is hardly ever shown to stay back with her in her room. I remember once he had gone to Jodha's room in the middle of the night to thank her for her bday gift to him (I think). He told her he couldn't wait till morning. But he went to Ruku's room the next day morning to tell her he had found a friend in Jodha. He didn't want to disturb her in the night.
He has too much respect for Salima as BK's (former) wife. He doesn't even look at any other woman in the harem. (Wonder why he keeps them in the first place?)
So how does he think he is going to get a waaris anytime soon? Is he also waiting (like HB) for Jodha to consent to be MUZ one day?
