Sorry, I had to take a long break of two weeks. My life is very difficult at the moment of time. I have exams May-June which decide my career to be honest.
So I have decided to give you 1 update every week, from next week. I am so busy with preparations that I do not have time to type. So I hope everyone's okay with that arrangement. Also, when I get time, I might type extra but it depends on my times.
Also I will update every Wednesday, so just check that day.

Chapter 10
After watching his wife being killed in front of him, Arjun could recognise that pain. He knew what Rajan went through after hearing about his fianc. Arjun soon focused once again on the case. They had to work out, who was behind this.
"What happened next?" asked Arjun.
"He said that we were kidnapped for a reason. He was planning something big. I was his mere pawn. He didn't tell me any of his plans, even after I asked many times. I told him to let Priya go and do anything with me. However he said that Priya was his leverage. They left us for two days, in the dark room, starved. It was the wedding day. He said to me that I must go and attend the wedding. I had to make sure that nothing happened. My family must not find out that I was kidnapped. They brought me clothes. Before I went out, I sneaked around and found Priya. She was in a terrible condition.
"I had to leave her like that. Before I left I whispered into her ears that I would get out, of this hell! I went to the wedding and pretended like nothing happened. The wedding was a small affair. After the wedding, I was going from the garden to escape, when I saw one of his men. I tried to run, but he was too fast for me. He brought me back. Due to all the guests, my parents probably wouldn't have guessed my disappearance," said Rajan carefully.
"So you were kidnapped when your brother was murdered, you yourself were kidnapped?" asked Rathod.
"Yes. A couple of hours later that man came back. He punched me for a long time for thinking to escape. At that time, I saw his face. Two days later after bhai's death, he came back. He ordered me to go to attempt to kill Geet," said Rajan.
"Attempt to kill?" asked Arjun.
"Yes, attempt to kill. When he sent the men to murder bhai, they weren't expecting bhai to survive. Geet had seen the faces of the 6 men who were ordered to kill bhai. If the police had got to the six men, then they could easily trace back to him. He wanted me to cover his tracks. Frame me for killing Geet. The injection in my hand was just a tranquilizer. It would not have killed her.
I refused at that time, which gave him an excuse to beat me. Priya's health was getting worse by the minute. After a long time, he threatened me that if I didn't get myself framed, then he would kill Priya. He would cut up her body parts and send them to me. I had to do it, for my love. She was in this position because of me. She only got kidnapped and raped because of me. When I would get sentenced for the murder of bhai and attempt to murder of Geet, I would free her from his clutches and my love. She would need to move on," said Rajan finally.
"How do you know that Maan would come to rescue her and you would get framed?" asked Arjun.
"I didn't know. I was keeping an eye on you all, I saw you leave. I saw the police officer guard the door. When I saw him leave, I entered 5 minutes after that thinking that he would come soon so I wouldn't have to do much! I saw Geet sleeping. It had to look real. Those marks on her wrists; I gave her pain to save two lives. That day, when I found out that Bhai was killed, I promised myself that I would protect Geet and Priya, even if I had to sacrifice my own life!" said Rajan.
There was silence in the room.
No-one chose to speak.
The pain that was inflicted on everyone was enormous. It would take time for them to heal.
Arjun decided to break the deadly silence.
"So who was it? Who was the killer Rajan?" asked Arjun.
"Singhania! Bhai's biggest rival!" whispered Rajan, "Please save Priya, you do not know what he will do!"
Tears were pouring out of Rajan's eyes. Rathod, stood by him and comforted him. Arjun ushered Shree in.
"What was in the injection? Did you get the lab report?" asked Arjun.
"Sir, he is telling the truth. It was a tranquilizer. I also managed to check with the airport, they arrived 2 days before the wedding, however his family is saying that they arrived on the day!" said Shree.
"Okay, assemble the team! We have to get to Singhania, before he kills Priya," said Arjun.
Rajan came outside the interrogation room and hugged Geet.
"I am really sorry Geet! It was to protect Priya! You were not meant to get hurt!" cried Rajan on her shoulders.
"I know, if I was in the same position, I would have done the exact same thing Rajan. Go and save your love!" said Geet. Maan looked at the two.
There was so much love in between them. He felt sorry for Rajan. No-one should tolerate so much. He gave Rajan a handkerchief, the other man nodded in gratitude.
The ETF team had left once Shree had tracked Singhania's phone. Maan, Geet and Rajan went with them. Singhania was currently in the outskirts. They followed him. It was night time. The place was dark and dingy.
The team had secured each corner. On Arjun signal, they barged in firing at whoever came to view. For about 20 minutes the only thing that could be heard was the sound of bullets seeping into the bodies, and the cries of people. Geet stayed with Maan, hidden from view.
They also found Priya who was tied to a chair. Rajan immediately ran to her and hugged her. He untied her and hugged her. Maan and Geet went there too, and helped her. They made her drink some water. Geet patted her back. She was beautiful, just right for Rajan.
Soon it was over. Singhania tried to flee, but Chotu had caught him and brought him to Arjun.
"Singhania - your game is over!" said Rathod.
"No, you don't have any proof against me!" said Singhania.
"Believe me, we have enough proof!" said Arjun. Singhania looked at him shocked. Then the ETF team revealed all the clues and evidences against Singhania.
"I am sure that now you realise that you cannot run! So, why did you do it Singhania? What was your motive?" asked Arjun.
"Rohan and I have been rivals since eternity. Only 1 more deal, and the Singhania's would be in the top 5 leading firms of India. However, there was only one person standing in my way, which was Rohan. I called the 6 men to kill Rohan. However, Geet was there. We thought she would die, but she survived.
"I knew that if the police tracked the six men down, then they would track me down. So, I had to make it look like someone else was the initiator. I had Rajan kidnapped. I held priya as a hostage so Rajan would do my bidding," finished Singhania.
"Disgusting. You killed one person and harmed 3 other people just because of money, but where did that take you? Greed is one of the deadly sins. Now you can rot in prison until you get hanged for murder," said Arjun.
The police took Singhania away. The team now looked at Priya and Rajan. Priya was still as a statue, not talking, not looking at anyone. She was hiding, from her everyone. The floor seemed more interesting than her. She felt his touch. She shrugged it off.
She felt dirty, vile. She couldn't handle his touch. She went and stood next to Geet, resting her head on her shoulder. She was exhausted from everything, physically and mentally. The team felt her pain, but chose to not say anything.
In delhi, a woman gets raped every day. Riya knew her statistics well, and she also knew what this woman in front of her was going through. Maan came to stand by Rajan.
"Give her some time. She is in shock at the moment. There will be a time when she feels she wants her to kill herself, that is the time you have to be there for her. Make her feel loved Rajan, not just with words," whispered Maan. Rajan nodded his head.
"Thanks. Now, that I have got her. I will never let her go," said Rajan.
