TOI - Its Inspector Chandramukhi Chautala now

FIR's Chandramukhi Chautala is up for a promotion. Thanks to her fearless approach and risk-taking ability on the show, she moves up from being a sub-inspector to inspector. And she hasn't just earned a promotion, but also an ardent fan in a lady cop, who works as a special duty officer for security of VVIPs in Mumbai.

"Kavita and the lady police officer share a great rapport. They are often spotted on the set discussing the show over a cup of tea," shares a source from the set, adding, "She even wished Chandramukhi gets promoted in the show."

Kavita says, "I am pleasantly surprised and happy to receive the promotion. The love and support I get from my viewers has made my character and the show popular. Playing an Inspector will add responsibilities and new challenges."
