Are Porineeta & Kanchan the same actress?

Is Kavita playing the role of Porineeta as well as Kanchan? In the past couple of (US) episodes, we are shown closeups of Inspector Kanchan and Porineeta, and they looked the spitting image of one another. Also they don't show them touching or overlapping (positionwise, I mean) so I thought they may be the one and the same. In India, they've already killed Kanchan, so her role may be lighter, and soon they'll kill Pori and she'll be out for good!

Nope they are different actresses. Kavita Kaushik plays Pori and Shweta Bhonsle plays Kanchan. I wonder how you are confused about the two.

yaar vvrsun yes they both look alike but they r not one and same they r two different ppl

they have similar features so u r confused pori has already left the show as she absconded by seeing DK as he says to her he is DK

Yaar i opened one eye n i found only pori n when i closed both eyes they both disappeared as if they dont look alike 😆

But i must say one thing twinkle they look some what similar when i saw yesterdays episode in US the one where a lady enters prison n frightens pori
