Jalal paying for Jodha's Bhul ka Jurmana

Regarding Jalal questioning Jodha what farz of wife she has done so far? The question should not have been asked in DEK in front of ministers and others. If Jodha has not done farz of a wife Jalal himself has also failed as husband too.

OK Jalal has given her freedom to worship, sacrificed forts to marry her sister off, given high positions to her brother and nephew in court, forgiven her for risking his life by removing bullets and not demanded her to fulffill wife's duties and taken her taana's silently till date sooo that does not mean he ask her in public what duty you done as wife your family has disgraced mughal sultanat by your sister running off from marriage. But Jalal you are emperor she ran off from your palace is it not your fault?

Jodha also has done some mistakes in handling this benazir issue. She must have taken moti and few body gaurds behind benazir to check when she did vishpann? She must have a gaurd check her room in secret when she is not inside room before she tell jalal. If she can meet sharifu without permission cannot she do these things too does not require jalal permission.

And Jalal is so dumb he must have asked some gaurds to keep eye on that zakira full day to check if poison has any effect? And why he keeping his enemy abul mali's harem women in agra fort? Does any human do that? Will he not suspect they may kill him? After facing so many death threats from chidhood by relatives that is least i expect from Akbar

Regarding Jalal being angry with her for not doing wife duty that was 16th century very few humans/emperors married for love like jehangir for nur jahan, shah jahan for mumtaz may be. Rest all marriages by everyone was political reason or to have waaris. In 16th century child mortality was very high not like now. So if you had 10 kids from various wives only 3-5 would like till 20 years and above. And secondly in those days mortality age was 30-35. Even in 1950s mortality rate in india was 35-40 so imagine 16th century?

In this serial they show Jalal has many wives before Jodha but in history Jodha was his 4th wife. Ruqu and Salima were his cousins and Akbar may have some reservations having relationship and children from first cousins because later on he banned all such marriages. So would he not want his other two wives to give him a waaris. Take case of serial too Ruqu already has had miscarriages, Salima is elder to him and still grieving lost husband, other wives jalal does not seem to have any physical relation with them. He likes jodha and may be wants to have his waaris from her so what is so wrong of an husband to desire for child from his wife? All will say wait patiently how much to wait? What if he goes to war and dies or some assaiin kill him ? If there is waaris atleast adham/abu mali/sharifu etc will not dare snatch jalal's son's rights and the son shall take care of his wives, mother and sisters even if he dies. What is so wrong of an father/emperor to think like that? He just want to safegaurd family/empire future.

That was not 21st century all hunky dory no wars, UNO and human rights to protect citizens of world etc. If emperor dies ad no waaris the entire sultanat all citizens life in danger. See Chittorgarh battle only Udai Singh and Maharana Pratap left and Akbar won so he ordered killing of 30000 civilians inside fort. If Akbar dies how many lakhs people life in danger. So Akbar wanting a son from Jodha is not lust like she thinks. Last time when jodha pregnancy was fake jalal called people of agra and told samething sorry for failing to give you citizens an future emperor. He was not so bothered to not have children rather worried for the sultanat and citizens.

Sometimes i wonder how Jalal became emperor of so many countries in current day if he is so innocent and naive and soft and emotional. An emperor must be practical and very good at judging people and street smart and strict to rule such huge empire for 49 years.

You cannot be emotional like Jalal because people will take advantage and you will keep forgiving and they will keep backstabbing. You have to be strict so that in future people know if they do error they shall be punished.

My first advice to Jodha -Jalal stop discussing issues between you both to others including family members and in public. They will take advantage.

Second stop raking up your personal issues in front of others- do it when you both are alone

Third start spending time with each other alone to let go off these misunderstandings between you both
