May be his naren dada is alive n settled in newyork secrtly...nd sends gift for naren nd his parents...3 months timeline is given in serial in beg epi...for md post...means anyone has to be appointed as md after 3 month ( means rahul or naren) thats why his father is worried for timeline...nt for mrg deadline(as shown in beg)...

Chacha looks like dumb person thats why naren father discuss everything with fufaji...nd also chacha can tell chachi...thats why hiring of pooja knows to fufaji not chacha
