Vicky's age???

I thought Vicky was Kaveri's son, which makes him at least 6/7 years younger than Megha.So how come he is shown so much older??He looks a few years older than Megha when he should be a teenager.
Am I crazy or something??

maybe ekta is the real producer of the show😆...........they must have forgotten the ages of these characters
