Garv realizes that Rimjhim is so much concern for Megha. Garv ensures Rimjhim that he will keep Megha happy. Garv's act impresses Isha and she feels proud having Garv her good friend. In between this, Vicky comes there and offers Isha his friendship. Isha considers that Vicky is joking and ignores him. After spending whole night in the office Avinash returns and tells that he has advised to sell his factory. He also informs that Mohini is on B.O.D. A quarrel takes place between Avinash and Rakesh. Rakesh wants to give clarification to Yashoda, but she is not ready to listen anything of Rakesh. Rimjhim tries to convince Avinash to solve this problem with the help of coordination with Rakesh but in vain. Garv is not concentrating on his acting. Everyone takes Rakesh wrong, Om is about to tell the truth, but Tanya stops him. Garv asks Megha that why she hates Rimjhim? Megha tells the whole story. During their conversation Megha feels Garv's love. Tanya threatens Rakesh that she will destroy him and convert this house into hell. Rimjhim overhears and shocked.
