Recap: Avinash tells Rimjhim that Megha lost her child. Yashoda comes to give Rimjhim support. Vicky tells Isha they have to help Megha. Isha shares her baby with Megha, and tells her it has two mothers. Jayanti incites Kaveri against Megha, and Kaveri bursts into Megha's room.
-Kaveri grabs the baby out of Megha's hands. She reminds Megha that its Isha's baby and she should stay away. Vicky tries to intervene but to no avail. Kaveri and Jayanti insult Megha, deeming her ill-fortuned, and leave with Isha in tow. Rimjhim is dismayed. Avinash is watching from the window, tears are streaming down his face. Megha is shattered.
-Avinash prays for forgiveness for what he has done. Irawati consoles him saying he did what she told him and it was for the better. Rimjhim comes there. Avinash thinks she heard him but she hasn't. She consoles him also, saying they need to give Megha strength at this time.
-At the office, Shweta and Durga are chatting. Rakesh comes there with a file for signing. Shweta signs without checking. Rakesh is very impressed that she trusts him so much. When he is gone, Shweta tells Durga she has men watching Rakesh's every move, as she does not trust him.
-In her room, Vicky is consoling Megha. She feels worthless, that she is cursed and wants to commit suicide as she has lost everything. Rimjhim overhears her. She gets furious and tells Megha off. She tells her to go ahead and kill herself as no-one will stop her. Yashoda tries to stop Rimjhim but Rimjhim carries on and walks out. Megha is left in tears again.
-Yasoda talks to Rimjhim about her tactics. Rimjhim doesn't know what to do as Megha is sinking into depression. AT that time Garv arrives with some flowers. He's on his way to Megha's room, when Rimjhim stops him.
-Rimjhim tells Garv that the doctors couldn't save Megha's baby. He is devastated. He wants to meet Megha, but Rimjhim tells him her emotional state will only deteriorate if he meets her. Garv leaves.
-The doctor discharges Megha and Isha. Shweta arrives at the hospital as they are leaving. Shweta taunts Megha, saying its better her baby died as the family honour is intact. Rimjhim tells Shweta off, saying she shouldn't cry her crocodile tears, and that they know her true identity. Rimjhim orders everyone to leave.
-Shweta is left standing in the hospital. She promises that she will bring a deluge of tears to Sukh Shanti Sadan.
