Recap: Megha decides to keep her child. Rimjhim tells the family her decision to support Megha.
Update:
-Everyone reacts with shock at Rimjhim's decision. They are all dead set against it. Megha is crying. Suddenly Vicky comes in and announces to everyone that Isha is pregnant. Everyone is elated, they are all congratulating them, Megha feels bad and leaves.
Babuji goes to Megha. He tries to comfort her. He tells her he understands her decision but the family has to face society and its taunts as a result of her pregnancy. Megha questions him whether society is more important than her child's life. She makes an impassioned plea to him about having her child. Babuji is very moved.
Outside, Avinash argues with Rimjhim. He doesn't support her decision. Rimjhim tries her best to reason with him, but Avinash doesn't want to agree with her. He feels Megha's pregnancy will bring the family further shame. Finally he gives in, but tells Rimjhim she is responsible for the consequences of supporting Megha.
Yashoda and Rakesh are also discussing Megha's bombshell. Rakesh is concerned about the shame of the family, Yashoda says that being a woman she understands why Megha took this decision. Rakesh goes away irritated.
Isha is in her room, she is moving a small piece of furniture. Vicky rushes in to stop her and forbades her from doing any work as the doctor has advised rest. They talk about their child, Vicky wants a girl just like Isha and Isha wants a son just like Vicky who will be all her happiness. Megha is standing at the door, she sees them and feels sad. She comes in and talks to Isha. She asks Isha if she is making the right decision by keeping the child. Isha tells her that she is, and she will support her. Megha is happy.
Jayanti is out waiting at the bus stop. Shweta is driving by at that time. She sees Jayanti and smiles wickedly to herself. She instructs her driver to stop the car and offers Jayanti a lift. At first Jayanti refuses, but then goes with Shweta. As they are driving, Shweta starts talking about Megha. Shweta acts supportive of Jayanti as the family has to endure taunts from everyone. Jayanti is getting angrier by the minute. Shweta says that Jayanti should take some action against Megha and not let mother and daughter Rimjhim and Megha rule the family. Jayanti agrees with her. Shweta is happy.
At the house, Jayanti comes to confront Megha in her bedroom. She insults her very badly, saying she is a shame to the family. She tells Megha that if she chooses to keep the child, she has to leave the house. She says that if Megha stays, she will be forced to have the abortion. Poor Megha is crying like a baby. Jayanti tells her to get out and go drown herself. She leaves. Poor Megha doesn't know what to do.
Rimjhim comes to Megha's room later and finds it empty. She wonders where Megha went.
