You are right about that and my sis does happen to be the one who is always able to find the lost things or fix broken things. I tell her you have super powers. lol. Nopes, in mine you can't get it off which is why it requires a microSIM, it doesn't go at the back as is usually the case for phones but on the side, and there's no way to change its battery, you either buy a new phone or send it to the manufacturer..but the upside of it is, the battery is more efficiently made and the phone is less prone to damage because it's all closed off..okie, will shut up before it sounds like i'm giving a lecture.😛🤣

I get it and what? Really? It sounds funny but I know it's not, must have been a nightmare and you waking up every hour..sigh, no wonder the headache was so bad. That phone better behave now!
