Thakur nahi, hamari maa ke saath kuch nahi...

His words still echo in my ears followed by that famous 'Aaye'. Oh, how I have missed that anger and passion in his voice. Seeing him today struggle in anger feeling helpless was anything but pleasant but I guess it was worth it in the end.

Thakur abused him left right and center. Called him 'manhoos'; a curse that brings bad luck to the house, went to the extent of calling him a dead body, not sparing Phulwa as his words held malice for both of them. But while all these words affected him but not as much as the thought of Thakur hitting Thakurian did.

The minute Thakur stepped up to Thakurian you could see the anger going ten times more with a hint of fear. Fear for his mother, he was afraid that Thakur will hit her. The concern for his mother expressed in anger over Thakur was so much that it brought sensation back in him. The level of his anger was not as much as his love and concern for mother. He was angry at Thakur before too but it was only when the danger loomed over Thakurian that he felt motivated enough to move.

We have seen before too that how much Abhay loves and respects Thakurian but today it just translated into action as we saw him moving his hand just to stop Thakur from hitting her. He can bear all the mistreatment and cruelty that Thakur does on him but when it comes to his mother he won't let anyone harm her. I believe Thakurian is the only other woman in Abhays life whom he trusts and respects from heart. Even more than Phulwa I guess because even when he was blind in Thakurs trust it was Thakurian whom he really respected and listened to. He has always looked up to her with the same admiration and esteem as his own mother. That's why seeing her in such a position made him move literally.

I simply admire this mother-son bonding, usually not shown much on shows but it's heartening to see it here. And yes, thank you CVs for showing us such a beautiful bond and finally making Abhay move.

And a special thank you to Athira for pointing this fact out! šŸ¤—

Yes these words are really powerful , he knows he was completely paralyzed he knows he cannot do any thing, but still his voice contained a kind of warning not a begging, it was called the character retaining. Today CV's showed 100% faithfulness towards all their characters, ha phulwa was still disappointing, but a wife's mind it cannot place her husbands life into danger, she can do that with her's but not with Abhay, like kidnapping Dr.

Yes the coming back of our roaring lion, how many times we saw him in that anger and attitude which made all of us fall fr him, he showed it on many people during his marriage to arti, to phulwa, to roshniji, then at the jail to Gayatri, then once to kullu but today he showed it to the right person now our hero stand up and show him, show him that how dangerous you can be, show him that making u away frm him was really a mistake frm his part, and here one thing i wanted to tell is really the takur is a looser today made that point more stronger that what he lost by making abhay away frm him is the biggest love and care he could ever get frm this earth, a person who can love his step mother( i dont really like to use this word but) this much can love his father more than anything, my one request is pls at one point of time i want takur to realize this and fall into the feets of abhay, personally I never wanted to kill the takur but of course the black in him should be killed ( sorry I know you people kill me now but still, what should be destroyed is the black part of a man but not the man himself, my theory)

Thakur abused him left right and center. Yes, I was feeling he will tell something noe, he will take his hands now and nothing happened, takur just went away telling all these, even phulwa stand still, I felt aye CVs what are u doing too much, then the move frm Doc how exactly he pointed out takurain as a good medicin fr abhay.

It is too good to see that, they never emphasized it but that bond get portrayed in our minds like the best son and mother, I remember each and every interaction of this mather and son, the way he searched hi questions in takurain and the way he felt his mother all ways stood fr truth... this is the beauty of phulwa i think they shows little of many relations but with out showing much they convinced it to the audience ( but dont show this with PhAb)

And a special thank you to Athira for pointing this fact out! šŸ¤—

But while all these words affected him but not as much as the thought of Thakur hitting Thakurian did.

He was truly losing hope at that point in time, thrashing about helplessly because he couldn't give a fit reply. Thakur's words sounded bitter but true to him at that point. Even when Thakur spoke up to Phulwa, he simply agreed to leave - there was nothing else he had to say.

It was interesting that Arjun managed to pick up on this point - and it worked off brilliantly. Abhay knows that as much as Thakur can shout and scream and insult Phulwa, he has never been able to physically raise his hand on her (somewhere deep down he does have some fear from the girl). That simple sentence, that she was glaring at him, was enough to make his face turn pale in fear. He was afraid, truly afraid.

I loved the fact that you pointed out that today was love and respect in true action. He has shown what it means to be an adarsh beta, and that too just moments after Thakur insulted his own mother.

@Bold - Very true! His relationship with Phulwa is a new-found connection he's starting to understand and accept. But a mother's lover is what he has always pined for, and it was his first true relationship in this house. I am deeply heartened by what it means to him.

I simply admire this mother-son bonding, usually not shown much on shows but it's heartening to see it here. And yes, thank you CVs for showing us such a beautiful bond and finally making Abhay move.

It was absolutely fantastic. We have always been pining after AP to show their love off as their true taqat, but it was heartening to be reminded that there is one another relationship just as beautiful and as true, and CVs did a wonderful job portraying it:D

And a special thank you to Athira for pointing this fact out! šŸ¤—

Nice one, and now, of course, inspired by you no less, I shall go off and make my own post:D

Even when he came to know of the Devpur reality he found solace in Thakurain's lap. This is one relation he had always approved and accepted from day one. How nice that the CVs have shown him as a protector of his mother.

True because he knew it was better to leave than live with those beep. Frankly even I want them to leave haveli and go live somewhere else peacefully.

Yup, Thakur does fear her, he knows she is the dacoit Phulwa inside. He always sends other people to harm her never himself. Kabhi goons, tu kabhi Abhay. Himself, always hiding behind. Coward. As for Abhay, he loves Thakurian so much that he can never see her in pain.

How ironic? Here Thakur how never respected any woman not even his own mother and on the other hand Abhay, his own flesh and blood but is his complete opposite. He respects Thakurian as his own mother, perhaps even more. He is the best son a mother can ask for.

True, their bond has always been beautifully portrayed and I'm glad that they high lightened it here in such a beautiful way. Showing its power and what love can make you do.
