ok well for the icon...
u have to right click on it
copy location
then go to ur dashboard
edit profile
peferences
and then just copy the link in the avatar location
then press submit

there is no effect yaar...
u just have an icon...

um u no how like on the side it says ur name
and then there is a picture well it just changes that to the icon that i made for u...
