A lot of negative things are said of Gulabiya. Rightly or wrongly, we must admit that Gulabiya does love her daughter Sugni. A mother's love is the highest love, no one would love you (save yourself) more - no brother, no husband, no father even (there are exceptions i grant). Gulabiya not only love her daughter but she had dreams for her daughter, she found against the bedni tradition, she gave Sugni the freedom to choose - Gulabiya bucked tradition and that she had passed on to Sugni. She had hopes for Sugni - big hopes - she wants Sugni to have a good life but she does not want Sugni to live the life of a second wife. Yes i know TVS can hide Reva - but how long - one day Sugni is bound to fiind out - then what?!!! Forgive TVS that he hid his mentally unstable wife - forgive that he had hidden such a great event in this life from her (whom he professed to love so much) - forgive him that because of this she was estranged from her mother? I am just stating the facts barely and possibly hurtiing to many of TVS fans.

I have no doubt Gulabiya loves her daughter and should do all she can to help her no matter what.

Gulabiya never had dreams for Sugni let's get that straight it was Sugni that help her to realize her dreams. Even G said it how can I not see you fulfill the dreams you've shown me. If Sugni wasn't a strong girl even she give up too at one point until TVS showed her a that no matter what you should never give up on your dreams, her sardhaki would've been done by now and Gulabiya wouldn't have stopped it.

Gulabiya loving her daughter again isn't the issue but her tactics of not understanding her daughter is my problem. We all love our parents but no one here listen to there parents 100% of the time. TVS is a stranger Gulabiya give birth to Sugni so she know and understand her daughter better then anyone. How can she forget her daughter doesn't take well to pressure and Sugni is only going by the principles her mother thought her so how do she expect Sugni to just go by her word and turn her back on her first love without proof. Please someone tell me what's realistic in that 😕

Ok now with these question you ask will Gulabiya get her point across with bullying tactics or will it push Sugni further into the arms of the man she's trying to open daughter eyes to?.

My point here regardless if we think her love is real or gratitude or whatever name we want to called it is her feelings and as a mother Gulabiya failed to understand. Gulabiya tells Sugni on hand she believe TVS loves her and but doubt he'll fulfill Sugni dreams. So how do you expect a young impressionable girl like Sugni to react.


Gulabiya know how it feels to love somebody cause the thought of being separated from TJ almost broke her heart when they were doing her second sardhaki. And this is the same man she Gulabiya crept out of her house in the middle of the night to sleep with for some money to buy food for her hungry family.

Sugni hasn't committed any crime that warrant society or her mother to make her an outcast. The girl fell in love period and as a parent even if you don't agree you be there, letting them know your door is open no matter what and you'll always be there for them that's being a parent. Not bullying or ultimatum just be there with open arms and shoulder to cry on when they need it. We all have to learn pain and disappoint in life our parents can't do that for us, cause that's how we grow with our own experiences as human being .

Sugni is not giving up on her dream with TVS. Part of her dream was always marrying someone one, rather than having to live as a Bedni.
