I understand BD is ending tomorrow. But today they gave a very beautiful pen ultimate epi. Infact I have to tell most of the epi in hotstar has been a beauty. I would have loved the show to be there for atleast couple of more months. But with today's epi I can say with surety the show will linger in my mind like EHT. Just like I treasure the moment where Payal confronts Shaurya alone, I will cherish the moments of innocent questioning by Ishaan.
Oh my what a beauty it was. The 7 year old who wants answers to his question why Abeer loves him more than Akshat intelligently sends Abeer away from the room and then searches. I loved the way Ishaan's line of thought went. His mother's unwillingness to give photo, Abeer's love for him, And if Abeer is married who is wife. And the kid finally gets the answer.
And he asks questions just like a 7 year old. Why didn't he come to see him. Didn't he remember him. If you loved my mother why did you fight with her. And Abeer for once was honest. He admitted his mistakes in a language a 7 year old will understand. He didn't point fingers at Meher. But just told his mother can forgive his dad. And I loved Ishaan when he said he will ensure his mother forgives him. They will live together.
And Akshat finally he gave Meher a reality check. What he said is so true. With Abeer in mind, she cant allow Akshat to come near. Then why she has to give him hope in the first place. Yes it is better she ends the farce, once and for all. And yes I would like Ishaan to acknowledge Akshat's presence in his life. Because it was not a small contribution. Even Abeer has to.
Overall I can say BD will linger. And guys irrespective of what SP does, BD was not a flop. It was a success story. And understand that, it is because of that SP is talking about contract and other things and not the TRPs. BD will stay with its fans always. And let us be thankful to PH and SP for moving this to hotstar and giving it a graceful ending for our fans sake. Because in TV BD might have ended like TSM where we all would be throwing tomatoes and potatoes at it.

I wholeheartedly agree. Today's episode finally allowed us to see where they were going. But I would've loved it if they had spend more time on this emotional development.
Akshat's confrontation with Meher was great. Honestly poor guy. Meher wasted so many years of his life in selfishness. What was the need to tell him she was 80% there in terms of being ready for a relationship with him, when she clearly never had feelings for him. At least she should've let him walk away when he was doing so happily before they got engaged. She should've had the courage to be honest so much earlier.

I would love for Ishaan and Abeer to acknowledge Akshat's contribution.

@malikakas it is a sad truth that all different shows has to end like this, irrespective of wide acceptance online. Yes we all would have loved to see the slow development, but then let us be happy that BD will be ending on good note. Then it started the trend of web series and hope the trend can be taken forward with new, better shows.

Well said! BD is not a flop yes it had a short run but in that short time span look at the popularity it received. Fans managed to save this show from ending 2 months ago, it is because of their fight and huge online fanbase that the show was able to live on these 2 months. We topped on the app, we sustained a strong position despite turning into an online series. Add to that the praise and love Asmita and Pearl have received, you just cannot take that away from them. There are shows that are gone and forgotten but BD will never be one of them.

As for the episode, how beautiful was this episode?? I did not feel anything was rushed at all, there was a smooth pace with some much needed revelations. I have to applaud the CVs when it comes to the writing of Ishan, what a character! From his suspicions to his investigation skills to the reveal, he nailed it! So much understanding and kudos to Abeer for being honest with his son. It was really well done!

Akshat, like I said in my post kudos to him. Meher is being selfish and she needed to be snapped into reality.

I think that is exactly what will happen, instead of Akshat being made to be this villain they will have his character end gracefully and making peace with Abeer and Meher.

@Mandy shows like BD, Everest, DYM and EHT pops up even now in different sites as shows that has been different. These shows are still liked and talked about. And I guess that is a big achievement for the show itself. And the fact is this is where TSM failed. All the 4 shows above mentioned exited gracefully than butcher the storyline for their sustenance. Everest yes was pre-shot, but other 3 just exited. And for that we have to thank the respective PHs that they decided to stick to the story, stick to the value than unnecessarily stretch it and make it a dud like TSM where fans itself hated it.

Fans fought for TSM to end and rejoiced when the news finally broke, that is what you call a failed product. I remember loving that show and I was crushed to see what came of it. Thankfully BD like you said stayed true to its concept. I'm so happy that in these five months we have so much to remember. It reminds me of BI, the show ended in just little short of a year but the amount that was shown you just never felt like you missed out on anything. I feel the same for BD. Sure there was more we could have seen but what we were given, it is memories that will linger. I was reading Fuze articles since they were releasing more, they have so much praise about BD and that makes me proud as a fan.

After watching today's episode, I felt that it would have remained at least a fortnight longer. I really liked the episode. I was patiently waiting to see this stage of the story but when it came to this point its going to end.

This show has a profound impact on me. And you're right BD is definitely not a flop.

@SSS very rarely shows leave impact on you. And I guess BD would have had an impact on every married working woman who has struggled her way to reach where she is one way or other. Meher's conflicts is the need of the hour. Because there are many woman out there who are in similar situation as she is.
And there might be enough Abeer too, who wants a second chance in life. Who had messed up the priorities in their younger days. With no one to give the right guidance fallen sideways. You need stories where there is hope, not despair. And let us hope we will get something better in future.
