Meher thinks that Abeer is fun but volatile and Akshat is boring but stable. This is the premise under which all her decisions are based on.
Akshat is human, no human can be perfect, even if boringly perfect!
Meher and Abeer did not have any emotional turbulance before their marriage and then it all happened. The same thing would happen with Meher when she marries Akshat too. Did she discuss future kids with Akshat? What would be Ishaan's place when they have children of their own in the future. What if Ishaan is not comfortable with that choice or what if Akshat changes after his own child. Why does she not look into the future? Meher sadly is more happy looking into the past than into the future...
Is she being fair to Ishaan? How is it that Suman, Madhavi or Bua (who is always full of advice for everything from the universe to how to use mustard from the spice box) not discussing such future issues with Meher?
Hopefully, Abeer will drill this piece of advice into her and convince her to give one more chance to him! Along with the fact that in spite of Abeer and Ishu insulting each other they have a bond... which chomu and Ishu don't!
It is not wrong to reject Abeer... but it is not right to rush into marrying Akshat too.
