They are, they have great moments but they don't get together 'till the last episode (though it is SOOO worth the wait, it's like 13 episodes so not that bad) so I would just recommend reading recaps (or asking me 😆) and then just going to watch the last episode.

Oh man don't get me started on kuch toh log ...
Dhoop kinare is like my favorite serial of all time. In med school I would watch the scene where the girl complains about memorizing all the bones. But the Hindi version was such crap

I've heard that yeah, that show was like boss. It's on my Pakistani Drama watch list.

Oh that's good... Bones was not worth the wait... When he asks for a chance she says no so he goes off and finds someone else. Them getting together after that was not satisfying. But the initial scenes when they are friends but clearly have all the intimacy of a real relationship are really nice. The leads had wicked chemistry.

Maybe when I have time I wil watch that.

Lol... Actually I first watched it as a kid... My Nani had recorded the whole series on vhs... (Do you even know what that is 😆 )

But I watched it online in medschool... There are scenes where I am like ... Yup that is what I am going through. 😆

Also the Korean version was 16 episodes instead of the original 13. You see where I'm going with this Indian Drama/Pakistani Drama parallel right? 😆

But then again, my OTP among all the Asian dramas is from a Korean drama. It's like the non-asshole Arnav-Khushi pair that we never got to see. The couple is like cliches done right.

Also the couple was a second lead couple 😆 but EVERYONE liked them better than the main leads 😆.

Their whole conflict was that he was a chaebol (like really rich heir) and he knew there was no way he could marry Ji Yi (who worked at a supermarket) but still chose to be "selfish" and pursue a relationship with her even though he knew he was going to have to break it off eventually. And in the beginning it was just a matter of him liking to spend time with her but eventually falls in love and but still continues dating her despite knowing he won't be able to marry her.

And then (in this one SUPER BRILLIANT scene) after Ji Yi realizes that they can't be together/finds out he never really planned to marry her, he gets drunk and breaks down in front of his mother, and he admits defeat that despite all his efforts he's actually in love with her.

Then after, the repentence is pretty great too, like he still looks after her and she constantly thwarts him away. It's nice. And it's a happy ending too.

Though don't watch the drama, it was meh. But these two were great, and they're my OTP because they remind me of an Alternate-Dimention-Younger-NotACompleteAsshole-Arnav-Version-of-Arshi 😆

Aww 🤗 I know how bad that sucks, like when you've waited so long for them to finally get together and it's like meh. I used to watch Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi and it was kinda like that too.

I guess yeah, that might be the good thing about ITWY, the ending is SOO worth it (And I haven't watched the whole ending yet, I'm saving it for dinner--food + good entertainment = Happy Krits ❤️)

Heyyy of course I do, how can you forget how hard it was to rewind/forward to the part you wanted to see and just kinda have to guess 😆 But then again, they died out when I was about 8, but I still remember how annoying they were.

The closest I could find of that amazing breakdown scene. I just love male-lead breakdown scenes, especially when they're done right and are not just all about shor-sharaba breaking stuff, like I want more then that. I want to see you actually broken.
