Well it's not even a month since the show started so let's give it some time . Even the slot leader Udaan had a drop of 0.1 in TRPs.

Aunty1(rubbing her glasses):kaisi bahu hai yeh,na gale mein mangalsutra aur na sindoor,kehti hai divorce hua hai,toh kya hua??

Aunty2:apne pati ke aankhon mein aankhen daalkar baat karti hain,iski itni himmat.kuch toh seekh hamari gopi vahu and akshara bahu se.

Aunty3:ye hum kya dekh rahe hain, usne apne pati ko kick????sanskaar naam ki bhi koi cheez gain,use toh baat karke,roke apne pati ko seedhe raaste par laana chahiye tha.

Aunties together:let's watch bhaiyyaji and chakors ladaai instead.ye!

See let us accept the fact that BD will be average on TRP charts and it will max run for say 8months to 1 year. If the story stays to what they wanted to tell and core to the concept let us not worry too much about TRP. BD is in a very competitive slot with Udaan and other Saas bahu thing Jamai Raja. So to expect a dramatic change for this type of concept is not rational.

Also TRP aunties don't have the patience to watch what happened in the past or why the leads are behaving like this. They don't have time to analyze. Also understand that most of the TRP aunties cannot relate to Meher. She doesn't have their problems. Many of the regressive shows survive because the audience watching them can connect to the characters, who believe crying, suffering abuse is the mark of sanskaar. A married woman is a slave in her husband's home. She does not deserve any respect there. Because either they have gone through such circumstances, have behaved the way the TV heroines are behaving.

The people who have fought systems, made their identity, have supportive spouse, supportive inlaws have a different view can relate to shows like BD. And they are still a miniscule.

So let us enjoy the show than worrying about TRP much , because in the current condition our show will never be the chartbuster.

I can write more and more about this. But there is no point.
