I feel bad for priyanka...lets say he does say yes...how will she be able to live in that household and look her FIL in the eye...whenever she'll look at him or at FIL's older brother all she'll remember are all the tears she shed for not getting their acceptance, or all the time spent thinking "what is it about me he doesn't like"...its like such a repeated blow to your self esteem..she may never get to see him as a father as she sees rajbeer's mom as her mother

And I bet the father hates it that shes so determined and that because of her he thinks his name is being dragged through the mud by all the other families for his resistance to the relationship

the FIL and the DIL will never be truley happy with each other if pribir get married because of the long and sad start this whole thing started off as between the FIL and DIL

When I waas at this stage, my family only said "Marry whomsoever you want, but marry someone whose family wholeheartedly accepts you". I am glad I took up that advise. I would hate being into a family where I wasnt welcomed and where the elders of the family dont love me. Its another story, that elders usually come to terms with it and start accepting you. But that isnt always guaranteed. many a times the Husband wife relationship is usually affected in such cases, where the husband is torn between love for wife and love for dad.😕

Baat jisne kahee hai uspe dhyan na dete hue agar actual baat pe dhyan de to you will see that she had a point. Even if someone else other than Gulabo had said that, i would still have maintained the same stance. Considering the fact that on only 2 occassions I have agreed to what Gulabo has said. I myself have siad the same thing many times before.

I wouldn't judge quickly,people do end up in situations lke this hoping that their parents would give precedence to their happiness instead of prestige,caste ,religion or any other such reason.
Having said that to dilly dally on a national platform is stupidity and totally humiliating for Priyanka.
I do wonder why Raj's dad allowed him to take part in the show..what did he think it was going to be.... Indian Idol?

I would have agreed n this myself. But Rajbir did have his chance when he was evicted. If his dad wasnt getting conviced he should not have come back to the show. The mere fact that he came here increased Pri's hopes much more. He just comes across as a very meek fellow. Indian idol..lol😆 nahito 'Grasim Gwalior Mr. india'😳
