He did not make a commitment and she was already fighting with his mom. That too on stage. If you live in a joint family you would understand.

I think Yash's mom had no reason to dislike Gurpreet, but she was very passive aggressive.

I do think Gurpreet backed off of Yash completely and did it gracefully. I think she was putting Yash at number 4 because she knows it is never going to happen.

I personally give lots importance to hard working person. Life is easier if you live with somebody who can cook very nice and is artistic and hard working. I am sure Pooja is hard working. I would hate to live with somebody boy or girl who are lazy and have no life skills.

Yash's mom probably didn't like her background or education level etc..In India some people take marriage as business find the best even though they may not be compatible.

i think Yashdeep always adores Gurpreet...bt his mother was creating fuss on da national television...so he planned to do watevr she say on da show...bt aftr da show ends he will keep in touch wid Gurpreet n take his own decision...he doesnt used his power bcz Priyanka is his good friend n if he save her then Nandita will get hurts...so he left decision to da Hitesh's mother...n then he meets pooja bt cleared his motive that he dont likes her n maybe its bcz of non-compatibilty...i Hope Gurpreet should win da contest n bring Yashdeep in her life....n may know da real feelings of him abt her...and da POOJA if she gonna win den i m sure she wont take Hitesh as his groom bcz she is only being gud wid him bcz she wanna stay in this show....dats just my point of views! GOD knows bettr!! n pleeze doosre members ki bhi feelings ka khayal rakhen dont bash anyone :) if u dont like gurpreet that doesnt means everyone dislikes her...i personally admired her bt i dont want u to change ur thinking abt her bcz its ur ride to choose ur fav ok thnx😊

Bahu ke roop mein nahi..or Bahu banne ke layak nahi is same. In plain english first means I don't see her as my daughter in law and second means she doesn't have skills to be daughter in law. Anybody reading this come to same conclusion that the speaker is denigrading the girl in question.

Btw, for last three years Yash is living by himself..so there is no joint family to please..I would hate to live in a joint family..some of the older mummies are too controlling and too hard to please. ..life as shown in Ekta Kapoor drama is a nightmare.
