In fact, to set things right, she took a break, and spent a few days in a yoga retreat in Himachal Pradesh to unwind. Apparently, Sushant Singh Rajput is floating in the same boat.
A source close to the actor says, "He has been suffering from insomnia for a while now. He has been doing a lot of weight training, and spends a considerable amount of time in the gym to tire himself, so that he sleeps better. He has also cut down on the amount of black coffee he drinks."
Unfortunately, these efforts don't seem to be yielding any results. Now, apparently, on the insistence of his friends, Sushant has decided to take up meditation, yoga and relaxation therapy to overcome this problem. We tried reaching Sushant, but he remained unavailable for a comment.

Sushant Singh Rajput was in for a special surprise, when an ardent fan recently presented him with a customised book specially made to showcase his love and admiration for the talented actor.
Not many are aware that Sushant, who's currently preparing for his upcoming film, is also an avid reader. He seems to have a poetic side which many are not aware of. Interestingly, he keeps tweeting shayaris, inspirational quotes, which has become very popular with his followers on Twitter.
It's learnt that Sushant's fan who's a huge follower of the actor went through his Twitter logs, gathered inspiring quotes, shayaris, ghazals, etc and compiled it in a book and gifted him.
A source reveals, "Sushant is absolutely thrilled and touched by his fan's gesture. He enjoys a huge fan following on Twitter.
