Karmarkar House in the bedroom

Pari is in her bedroom, she is very sad to see the photo of Naren and Ankita's wedding and she rips it up. Pari remembers at the wedding venue when Soham was saying to Ankita that everyone is saying that you're going to be a mother and said I know you married Naren and this is your baby! Pari remembers Ankita saying, this baby is not Shashank's! And neither is it Naren's. Naren comes in the room and says to Pari, you were looking like as if someone else was coming in the room, it's me. Pari smiles and says nothing, I was just thinking about what happened at the wedding. Naren puts a finger on Pari's mouth and says Shh. Let's forget what happened there, just you and me. I brought a gift for you, I have to show you a gift. Pari says what? Naren says close your eyes, just 2 minutes. Pari says fine. Naren tells Pari to face the other way and keep her eyes closed. Naren opens a red curtain and says now open your eyes. Pari opens her eyes, there is a poster of many pictures of Naren and Pari together in London. Pari smiles, Naren says you remember this? Pari and Naren hug. Naren asks Pari how she likes it. Pari says it's very good. Naren says so give it to me. Pari says what? Naren says return gift. Pari says I don't have anything.

In the bus/Karmarkar House in the bedroom

It is nighttime, Ankita is going in a bus to Pune. She looks at a photo of her and Naren. Naren and Pari are in their bedroom having their marriage consummation. Ankita is looking very sad, the screen splits in 2 with Ankita on the bus, and Naren and Pari consummating their marriage. Naren and Pari hug and kiss. Ankita looks very sad looking at her photo with Naren. Naren and Pari are romancing, there is a knock at the front door. Naren and Pari hear this, the knock comes again.

Karmarkar House

Naren and Pari go downstairs. Naren shouts, Ram Singh, see who it is! Rushali and Kinnari are also walking down to see who it is. Ram Singh turns on the lights in the main hall of the house. Rushali says who could it be so late at night? Ram Singh opens the door, it is Soham and some police inspectors. A police inspector says to Naren, are you Mr. Naren? Naren says yes. The police inspector says you will have to come with us to the police station, for questioning. Naren says why? Soham says you cheated my daughter. Naren says what's wrong Inspector? The police inspector says this is Mr. Raghav Mahatre, he has written a complaint against you that you have cheated his daughter. A few months ago you married his daughter who you left and now you married another girl. Naren says you did great Inspector, you listened to his complaint and came here? Soham says so what would I do, didn't you marry my daughter? Naren says yes I did but. Soham says you did but what? Naren says but it was a contract marriage, it was a contract wedding. The contract was finished so the marriage was finished. Soham says so why didn't you divorce her? Naren says what? Soham says yes I know the law too, until you don't divorce her your 2^nd marriage is not valid, show me the divorce papers. Naren says his contract papers are with his lawyer. Soham takes out a photo of Naren and Ankita's wedding to the inspector. Soham shows a paper that confirms Naren and Ankita's marriage, he tells Naren to read it.

Karmarkar House

Rushali tells Soham to stop it, Soham says one minute, I am not finished yet! Read what is written on that paper! It clearly shows that my daughter is pregnant. Kinnari smiles, Soham say and the baby that my daughter is carrying is that man's! The police inspector says Mr. Karmarkar, the proofs which Mr. Mahatre have given me are all against you so you will have to come with us to the police station. If you have proof please give it to me. Naren says I said to you before all my legal documents are with my lawyer, and he will come to show you all the documents. The police inspector says ok tell your lawyer to bring all the proofs to the police station but for now come with me. Please cooperate with me. Pari says you can't just take him like this, Naren is a respected businessman, he has a respect in the society. Do you think he could do this? The police inspector says look,, in the eyes of the law everyone is equal, reputation and status don't matter. Come with us. Naren says ok, ok, I will change and come.

Deshmukh House in the bedroom

Archana is lying down in her bed unconscious. Nina, Sachin, Teju and Manav are there with the doctor. The doctor says it's nothing to be worried about, she had over stress for which she had that accident and got unconscious but she's fine now. I have written some medicines, please order them and keep one thing in mind that she should not have tension or else it could have a bad impact on her health. Manav escorts the doctor out and thanks him. The doctor says my pleasure and leaves. Mansi runs in the house and says ajoba do you know where baba is? Pari comes in the house and yells, I will tell you! Soham Mama. Manav says Shh. Pari talk quietly, aaji is not feeling well. Sachin and Nina come in the room, Pari says softer, ajoba, Soham Mama wrote a complaint against Naren. The police took Naren and arrested him he said that Naren cheated Ankita. Please tell ,me where Ankita is, I need to talk to her right now. Mansi says I don't know, tai left somewhere without telling anyone. In fact I'm worried myself how tai is. Pari says look Mansi if you know where Ankita is then please tell me. I want to talk to her and give her a last chance. Either she lives with Naren or let me live in peace.

Deshmukh House

Mansi look at me, today is my first night of marriage and my husband is in jail and I'm here at my family's home. I can't tolerate this, please tell me where Ankita is. At the nursing home in Pune

Ankita arrives at the nursing home. She goes to the receptionist and says excuse me. The receptionist says yes. Ankita says my name is registered here, can you please check? The receptionist says I will check, what's your name? Ankita says Ankita. The receptionist says and your husband? Has he come with you? Ankita says no he has not come. The receptionist says wait I will check. Ankita remembers when she and Naren were talking right before Pari and Shekhar's wedding, Naren was telling Ankita that they have to welcome the baby, decorate the baby's room, and bring toys and we will go to the hospital, the nurse and I will take good care of you. Ankita sees a couple sitting on the waiting chairs, the husband is asking his wife if she's ok. The wife says yes I will get some water. The husband tells her to sit, I will bring water. And why have I come, to take care of you. The husband goes to the doctor who is passing by and says doctor I was meaning to come to you, has my wife's report come? The doctor says yes your wife and your baby are both good. The husband says thank you doctor. The doctor leaves, Ankita looks happy.

At the police station

Naren is at the police station with the police inspectors and Soham. Naren says I don't believe this inspector, due to this man's complaint you have me sitting here. Soham says wow look at this man, he cheated my daughter and he is acting innocent now. Naren says I did not cheat anyone. Soham says oh you didn't cheat anyone, then why did you marry someone else? Throw him in jail! Rushali comes in the police station and says one minute inspector. Rushali says to Soham, you are drunk right? Disgusting. Rushali sits down and says inspector this man is a drunkard, will you believe him? The truth is his daughter understands her benefits very well, Naren's mental condition was not well so his daughter married my son only for money, contract marriage. And according to this contract then this contract would be over and in this contract it was written that my son can marry another girl. This has his daughter's signatures, look for yourself. Rushali shows him the contract papers. Soham says Inspector they're lying! They're all liars, my daughter is poor so they are scheming against her. The police inspector looks at the papers and says look Mr. Mahatre, this is not Naren's fault, and this contract is legal. And according to this, your daughter has no rights on Naren or his house. Soham says what are you saying, is marriage a game? This paper finishes the matter? What nonsense are you saying? The police inspector says look Mr. Mahatre, it's clearly written on here that your daughter has no rights on Naren. Naren can marry another girl whenever he wants.

At the police station

Soham says ok I accept what's written on the paper is true but is it written that this man can take advantage of my daughter? He can make my daughter a mother, she is going to be a mother. The police inspector says look Mr. Karmarkar, there is no clause written here but if there is then please. Rushali says but inspector there's no need for this clause. Of course we accept that Ankita is pregnant but the baby is not Naren's but another man's. This is very important, Ankita has admitted this herself. Precap: Savita, Sulochana, Pari and Rushali are at the Karmarkar House. Savita says to Rushali when Ankita was in Pune she was far away from us so why did she leave there? You must have forced her to go! Sulochana says but why did you do this? What was your problem, as long as she was in Pune we at least knew where our child was, we could meet her and see her and ask her how she is.
