Naren's Conference room
Naren and Pari are having a heated discussion about his relationship with Ankita .
Pari : If you did not do anything then how did Ankita get pregnant ?
Naren ( shocked ) : Ankita is pregnant ?
Pari : For the past 6 months you two have been living as husband and wife so obviously it is you .I must be crazy that I came back to you and trusted you
She takes her ring off and throws it away telling Naren that their engagement is off now .
Pari : Go and marry the mother of your child and correct your mistake .
She is about to go but Naren stops her .
Naren : Are you trying to say that Ankita is carrying my baby .Use your mind , she said herself that she married me for money only so how can their be a relationship between us .She is just an employee in this office and nothing else .She is a good honest girl .But I want to know who told you this ?
Pari : Mansi
Naren : So you trust Mansi more than me .Use your brain Ahana , if she was pregnant with my child , would she had stopped your marriage with Shekhar ? Would she have let us come so close to each other ...?
Ankita loves her family and she is making this sacrifise for her sister .
Now Pari looks confused as to why is Naren saying that Ankita is sacrificing for her sister .
Naren tries to explain to her .
Naren : I feel sorry for Ankita she is sacrificing so much for her love and you cannot even trust me ... please Ahana , Ankita is not my types so how can I do something like this with her .
He holds Pari from her shoulders and tells her that he is totally committed to her and can never ever let her down like this .Pari starts feeling bad and she starts crying .
Naren : I can never do something like this with anyone but you ...and one more thing .
Ankita will never tell the name of the baby's father because she does not wants to break her sister's marriage ...now I hope you get what I am trying to say
A very upset Naren tells Pari to go so he can go back to work again ..
The Office floor
Ankita sees a very upset Pari walk out of the conference room ...
Naren's Office .
Ankita comes in and asks Naren if she can send the clients in as they are waiting .
Naren stops her . He wants to question her about something that she had said earlier about love ..
He asks her that she had said that she lost faith in love and if she ever tried to get her love back in her life ?
Ankita answers: No Sir , even if I want I can't have him back because he is with someone else now ...
Naren remembers how earlier Ankita had said that she had loved Shashank ( the day Ankita stopped Shekhar and Pari's marriage ) .
Naren is sure that this is the reason why Mansi is accusing him ...
Naren : You are a smart girl and surely can solve all your problems in life ...now go and bring those clients in ...
Manav's house .
Archana and Manav are talking about Balan .Manav had told Archana that he had seen Balan earlier ..Archu gets all excited and wants to know why Manav did not tell her this earlier .
Manav says that she was tense about Pari .
Nina is hearing this conversation from outside the room ..
Manav tells Archu that he questioned Balan about Soham but he did not say anything ..
Archu says that obviously Balan will not say anything as Soham does so much wrong doings for him so why would he let his source of income get away like this .
Both Manav and Archana decide that they will get in touch with the police to find where Balan is .
Nina is glad that she stopped Sachin to tell anything about Soham to his parents .
Outside the Chawl
Pari is waiting for Mansi ..
She is remembering all that Naren told her earlier and how Ankita ahd once told her that she was in love with Shashank who is now married to her sister .
Mansi comes in
Pari : I want to tell you that Naren is not the father of your baby and it is best that you stay away from all .I don't want to waste my time on this but I am talking with full assurity .
If Naren was the father then I would have got him married to Ankita but as he is not , I will do no such thing .
Mansi : You are saying this only to prove yourself right ..Naren is the father ..
Pari : Just shut up ...I know the truth better than you .I know who is the father of the baby but I don't want to say his name ...Mansi you better stay away from this because you will not be able to bear the truth
Mansi is looking confused .
Pari tells her to go and take care of her sister because the father of this baby is not going to accept her as he is a married man ...
Pari : Go ask your sister what she wants to do , maybe she would do an abortion ..
Mansi is shocked ...
She tells Pari off for throwing such filthy accusations on her sister ..She says that she knows her sister since she was a child and knows that Ankita only loves Naren ...
Pari says that Ankita was in love before .
A horrified Mansi questions Pari if she is trying to say that the baby's father is Shashank ...
Mansi is disgusted by the cheap thought in Pari's mind ...
Mansi : Just to prove yourself right , you can say something like this ...Never thought you could stoop so low Pari ...
I had heard that rich people do not have big hearts ...today I saw this with my own eyes ...We are poor and we worship our relationships , we are not like you people .
My sister is like my mother ...she has always taken care of my happiness .She has lost so much in life only because she supported me .
Pari : What Ankita means to you is not important to me , you are being emotional ..
Mansi : Your thinking is so cheap .My sister is my world , she has done so much for me ..At one time she did love Shashank but when she found out that I was in love with him , she gave him up for me ...and n w even Shashank has accepted me and he has supported me so much in life ...
Pari : Ankita has done a lot for her family and that should be respected ..She even did a contract marriage for you guys ...but there is a fact that you can never change ...and the fact is that once Shashank and Ankita were in love and had feelings for each other ...Ankita has told me herself that she has loved only once and that person was Shashank ...
Mansi starts crying ...: I don't believe this .
Pari : It makes no difference to me what you believe..all I know is that Naren only loves me .He has never loved anyone else ..
the baby that Ankita is carrying has nothing to do with Naren and will have nothing to do with Naren ever .
.I know Ankita is a good girl but you should just let this matter die down here ...Just think , what if Shashank has to chose between you and Ankita ? and what if he choses Ankita and not you ?
A scared Mansi looks at Pari ..
Manav's home ..
Pari's marriage preparations are going on ..Police comes in and questions Manav and Archana about Balan .They want to know if they can have his picture ...
Manav does nto have a picture but with the help of a sketch artist he gives a good description of Balan ...
Sachin and Archana also agree that the picture is very much like Balan ...
Precap : Soham sees Balan's posters ( the same sketch ) all over the place ..he thinks that maybe balan ahs done something illegal now ..
