HI PR-family,
I've been keeping up with the Mansi - rape track via the written updates (thanks written updaters!)
After reading about today's episode - I must say this track is going from bad to worse... the rape track is so ridiculous to begin with (that's a different soap box all together) but what I'm more disgruntled about is Naren's characterization. He's been shown to be hopelessly in love with Ahana/Ankita. His reactions are so inconsistent. First when the news broke - aka Ankita openly accused Raunak during Raunak-Kinnari welcome home ceremony - he pushed Ankita and didn't really look back at her. That was pretty out of character for Naren based on how we've seen him so far.
Then he showed faith in Ankita when she came with the bracelet. Then Raunak turned the tables on them and Naren went back to distrusting Ankita.
Today - slapping Ankita is just the limit. He's behaving like a hooligan - what civilized person regardless of unresolved trauma issues - does that?! How do you claim to love your wife so much and then show very little faith in her and slap her in her own home?! Naren is shown to be so kind, compassionate and trusting - couldn't he see Mansi's condition!? He's not showing any concern for Mansi - he's calling Kinnari his little sister - didn't he call Mansi that too?!
I'm confused with how they want to show Naren's character - does he or does he not trust Ankita or is he that trusting and blinded by his famliy that he can't believe they would do any wrong?

They should just end this show without going further because they have butchered it to no end. I'm not Indian but I can sympathize with people that this story line is a sore subject. Logic has flown out the window.

He is a paagal brute. Period. I never liked his characterization at all.

He just looks at Kinniri and his heart melts ( at her fake tears ) . Not once has he said , ' I want to see how Mansi is ' .He is not listening to Ankita at all .
The way he slapped her was very unfair . I thought he loved his wife but his actions don't go with his claims ...
I am disappointed with Naren . Whatever be the fate of her marriage , Ankita must keep encouraging Mansi and get that monster Raunak behind prison ..He has troubled so many girls and is getting away with it .He belongs in jail .
If the Karmarkars ( including Naren ) don't have any faith in Ankita then they can go but Raunak must be punished .
I want to see Ankita fight for Mansi and get justice for her sister in the end . Feel sorry for both the sisters but I hope one day they will have their smiles back .

My dear TM , he is mentally unstable , on medication and far too many expectations from him to react like a lovey dovey sane man . If some one HAS to be blamed , blame Ankita for not giving it a thought that the poor man might stop taking his medication and wander off in places unsuitable for his phobias . She just left him . True , her sister needed her but thats the bottomline of what she did ...just left him. He could have had an accident and died on the way to her with his phobia of lights . He even phoned her to desperately tell her NOT to sign on divorce papers . Is it expected that he believe Manasi over his own brother ? However bad Varsha was Archana the Supreme being loved her so is Naren wrong ? And Archana had no mental problems .

You do have a point .I was so angry with him for slapping his wife but he is mentally unstable , is not taking medicines and he has an overactive kind of mind ...all this is getting too much for him .
Fair enough ...but I still don't want Raunak allowed to get away with the crime he did .
I think Ankita should go back to her husband .Literaly try and force herself in the house only because of his mental condition and to take care of him ( he may not treat her right but as you said , he is not well ) .She should still make sure that Mansi fights this case .
Mansi will have to show a bit more strength .
She says that she does not wish to fight anyone but then also says , ' my life is barbaad and all that ' obviously no sister will listen to this so Mansi has to be more strong and fight this out .
Ankita has to support her sister but go back to her husband's home .
I am disappointed with Naren for showing no concern for Mansi at all and only caring for the promise he made to Kinnri but it is a fact that he is mentally unstable .

very convenient to blame everything on mental instability.
It is the CVs and writers who butchered everything to be blame for.

This situation in the show is a very complicated one ...
Both the sisters ( Ankita and Mansi ) will have to be very strong . They are young , have not faced anything like this and are up against some very rich influential people but they will just have to be strong .
If Naren gets more sick then Ankita will have to go back in that hell ( her susraali home ) and take care of him ...Mansi will have to go through this case but one thing for sure , Raunak must be punished .

👍🏼

there u go , thats exactly what i want . I want her to stay with her husband , not go anywhere , and tell Sunanda Tai i am NOT going anywhere neither am i signing the divorce papers . She has 200 crores on her name , people r upset today with poor Naren but they don't remember the massive amount of money he put on her name with implicit love . Ankita should do both ...take care of Naren and the needful for Manasi .
