At Naren's party

Raunaq and Purvi are at the party and they are dancing together. Raunaq tells Purvi that it is good to see her there and says she knows all of the people from this company. Raunaq asks her if she is good friends with Mr. Arjun Kirloskar. And the whole world knows Arjun, he loves women! Arjun comes over to them. Arjun says Raunaq, just a kind request, please do not dance with her. Raunaq says excuse me. Arjun says I excuse you, please leave. Raunaq says but why? Arjun says I do not find it necessary to answer your questions but since you are asking I will tell you that she is our client, from Canada and she is not comfortable with the atmosphere here and I'm pretty sure she is not comfortable dancing with you, you should respect her, she is older then you. Raunaq says she certainly doesn't look like she is older then me. Arjun says there is no need for you to see it. Purvi says excuse me Mr. Arjun Kirloskar, I think we hardly know each other so you should not have a problem with what I do. Arjun says Purvi you don't know. Purvi says I am not your wife, you should not have a problem with whoever I dance with. Purvi says to Raunaq, please can we continue? Raunaq says sure. Purvi and Raunaq start dancing again. Raunaq smiles at Arjun and Arjun looks mad and walks away. Arjun looks very mad at Raunaq and he goes to the counter and says waiter, get me a drink. Soham is the waiter, he has his head down, and is pouring a drink for Arjun. Arjun looks the other way at Raunaq and Purvi and Soham puts his head up and sees Arjun. Soham thinks to himself, what is Arjun doing here? If he sees me here then I am doomed.

At the party

Soham hides and ducks down behind the counter so that Arjun can't see him. Arjun calls another waiter and says do they not pay you enough money? The waiter says they do and Arjun says then why is there no one at the counter? Make me a drink, quick! The waiter says yes sir. Arjun says right now, go! The other waiter goes behind the counter and goes down and says to Soham, give him a drink. Soham says I am busy with some work. The other waiter says he has been waiting for so long for a drink. Arjun says quick, quick! The other waiter has a glass of alcohol for Arjun and says here sir. Arjun takes the glass and starts drinking the alcohol. Purvi is dancing with Raunaq and she looks at Arjun drinking the alcohol. When Arjun is finished drinking the alcohol he says, one more. Give me one more! Soham gets another glass of alcohol and ducks his body down and reaches out his hand to give it to Arjun. Arjun takes it. Soham thinks to himself, Arjun has changed, in 20 years he has become like me and he is drinking one glass after another. Arjun keeps drinking the alcohol, looking at Raunaq and Puvi in anger. Arjun walks away. Soham is standing behind the counter and hides so no one can see him. After a little while, Purvi says to Raunaq, I think we should stop. Raunaq says why? Purvi leaves from there immediately.

At the party

Naren is with his cactus plant. Rushali asks Naren birthday boy, how are you feeling? Naren says good. A guest comes over to Naren and says hello Naren, wish you many happy returns of the day. Naren says thank you. Naren is still holding his cactus plant and Rushali says how long will you keep holding this for? It's your birthday and people are coming to wish you, and you are not greeting them, it doesn't look good, give this to me. Naren says no mom, this is my best birthday gift ever. Ahana gave this to me. Rushali and Shirish look at Ankita who is standing a little away from them. In a corner of the party hall, Arjun is walking and Raunaq comes over. Outside Naren's house

He goes to Raunaq and grabs him and starts hitting him. He says to Raunaq, what did I say?! Arjun slaps Raunaq. Purvi says Arjun! Arjun ignores Purvi and he beats up Raunaq more. Arjun makes Raunaq fall to the ground. When Raunaw gets up he says to Arjun, you did not do good Arjun, you did not do the right thing. You'll have to pay for it, I'll make sure you pay for it! Raunaq leaves. Arjun looks very angry and he says to Purvi come with me. Purvi says no I'll go. Arjun says Purvi I'm not asking you, I'm telling you. Arjun takes Purvi to his car and Purvi says Arjun I'll go. Arjun says Shh! Arjun opens the car door for Purvi and says to Purvi, sit down, sit down! Purvi goes in the car. Arjun goes in and he starts driving.

At the party

Rushali goes to Ankita and asks her where she is going. Ankita says I am going home. Rushali says the cake has not been cut yet, wait for that. Ankita smiles and says ok. Rushali says to everyone, ladies and gentleman, please join us for the cake cutting. Shirish says come. Rushali says for Naren to come. Naren says Ankita has come back and he says you are back Ahana. Ankita says sir, cake. Ankita says I will hold this. Ankita takes the cactus plant from Naren. Naren blows the candles and everyone sings the Happy Birthday song to Naren. Naren says thank you, and the person who will eat the first bite of the cake is the person who brought my favorite plant for me, ahana. Naren says Mom I hope you don't mind. Rushali and Shirish smile and Rushali says I don't mind. Naren is feeding Ankita the first bite of cake. Soham comes there and he sees Ankita and is shocked. Soham thinks to himself, what is Ankita doing here? Ankita says to Naren, happy birthday sir. Soham is very worried that Ankita is there and thinks if she sees him, It will be bad. I will have to escape. Rushali asks Naren, where is your bracelet? Did you not wear it? Naren says yes I took it off mom, my jacket got messed up.

At the party hall

Soham hears this and says so the bracelet is there. One of the guests ask Ankita where she is going. Ankita says I am just going up to Naren sir's room for some work, I will be back. Soham sees Ankita going upstairs. Soham serves some drinks to people and thinks to himself that Ankita is gone to Naren's room and she will take me toward the bracelet. Soham is going upstairs holding a tray with glasses of drinks. He follows Ankita. Ankita turns back and Soham quickly hides. Rushali is walking upstairs. Soham is hiding in a corner and he sees Rushali talking to her friend. Soham thinks to himself, this is Naren's mother, I have seen her before. Soham recalls a time when he was outside with some men and he was begging for money and Rushali had given some money to him.

Upstairs

Ankita is coming out of Naren's room with Naren's Ipad. Soham is in a corner and he sees Ankita leaving. Soham quickly goes in Naren's room. He is looking for Naren's bracelet. He looks around everywhere in the room. Soham goes to the side table and he sees Naren's expensive bracelet. Soham holds it and smiles. Soham thinks to himself, I found the bracelet, my life has changed. I have become a millionaire. Now I will leave from Mumbai. Soham smiles.

Arjun's car

Arjun and Purvi are in the car. Arjun is driving. Purvi says what's wrong Arjun, if I dance with someone then how does it matter? Arjun is in a drunk state and says it does matter, it matters to me. Because the person who you were dancing with is one terrible man. I had to fire him from the job because he did bad to a lot of ladies just like he did to you, you know that? Purvi says you know he thinks the same thing about you? Arjun stops the car and says what do you think, do you also think this, you believe him? Go ahead, he is a very bad guy and I fired him because he misbehaved with the girls, he did the same thing with you and you danced with him. Dance with him if you don't believe me. Arjun starts driving again and stops when he gets to Purvi's hotel where she is staying at. Arjun says we are at the hotel now. Purvi opens the car door, gets out and closes it. Purvi goes around and knocks on Arjun's car door. Arjun rolls down his window and Purvi tells him to come outside. Arjun says why? Purvi says look Arjun you are not sober and when you were driving with me but now that you are alone, it's not ok, come outside. Arjun says no, I'm not coming. Purvi says Arjun I said come outside. Arjun says why, are you afraid that I will get into an accident? Purvi says look Arjun, whatever differences might be between us but you are my daughter's father. I can't leave you to die like this, this is why I am saying come out quietly and come with me. Arjun says I will not come. Purvi opens the car door and says come out. Arjun comes out of the car and closes the door. Arjun and Purvi enter the hotel.

At the party

Naren is at the party and some guests are giving him his birthday gifts. Naren thanks them and he says to Ankita, thanks Ahana for bringing my tap. Ankita says sir my name is not Ahana. Naren ignores Ankita and he leaves. Ankita says quietly to herself in an annoyed tone, Ahana. Soham is coming out of Naren's room and he is walking down the stairs slowly. One of the glasses fall down the stairs. Everyone looks to see. Rushali says to Soham, what are you doing and what are you doing here. Come on hurry up, clean up the mess fast. Soham is trying to get everything together. Rushali looks very annoyed. Soham goes and he is walking around with the tray. A guest says to Soham, waiter, come here. Soham comes there with the tray. The man and his wife take drinks and they thank him. Soham takes out the expensive bracelet and holds it in his hands. Another guest calls for Soham and Soham goes to give drinks to them. Soham is walking around very tense. Soham asks the 2 men who he just served drinks to if everything's alright. The 2 men look at Soham strangely. Soham walks back to the man and his wife who took drinks from him before and the man rudely tells him to get lost. Soham leaves from there and he sees the bracelet in one of the drinking glasses. Soham is looking alarmed.

Naren's room

Rushali is going up to Naren's room. She goes to his bed and is looking for Naren's bracelet.

Downstairs at the party

Soham sees a lady taking a drink from her glass. The bracelet had accidentally fallen in the glass. Soham bumps into the lady and the glass falls, and the bracelet falls down from the glass. The lady says to Soham, hey you! What are you doing? Can't you watch where you're going? Soham says sorry maam. The lady sees the bracelet and says to Soham, this bracelet, whose bracelet is this? Soham says it's mine. The lady says it's yours, how can a waiter have such an expensive bracelet? Soham says my baba gave it to me. The lady says you must have stolen it. The lady yells out, thief, thief, catch him, he is stealing! Soham gets panicked and runs away from the house with the bracelet.

Naren's room

Rushali is in Naren's room looking for the bracelet. She thinks to herself, the bracelet is not here, where did Naren put it? Rushali remembers when Soham was coming from upstairs and the glass dropped. Rushali thinks to herself, that waiter, what was he doing up here, Rushali looks suspicious.

Precap: Arjun and Purvi are at Purvi's hotel room. Arjun is lying down on the bed sleeping. Purvi takes off Arjun's shoes and she puts a blanket on him. The song tere liye hum hain jiye plays in background.
