Ankita's house
Prashant, Mansi and Ankita are sitting down talking. Mansi says what will we say to the school? One of Pranav's parents have to go to the meeting. Soham comes in the house and yells Ankita's name. Soham says I have brought some chocolates for my Pranav and Sonu. Soham calls for Pranav and Sonu. Prashant says aai it looks like this is the effect of him drinking. Ankita tells Prashant to keep quiet. Soham comes back out to the room and says are the kids asleep? Soham says to Ankita why are you looking at me like that, do you not recognize me? How would you, I did not drink today. Soham says what do you guys do, if you buy things you should put them in the right spot. Ankita says softly, we will have to talk to baba about the meeting. Ankita says baba I needed to talk to you. Soham comes over and says you need to talk to me? You can tell me, I am in my senses right now, tell me what happened. Ankita says baba there is a meeting at Pranav's school, the principal has called you over as they wanted to see Pranav's parents. We can't go so that's why you will have to go. Soham says I should go to Pranav's school? Ankita says yes, Pranav is your son so you should go. Baba are you listening to me? Soham says yes I am listening. Ankita says so you will go to the school? Soham says who else would go, I am his father so I will go. Ankita, Prashant and Mansi are smiling. But I have one condition.
Ankita's house
Ankita says condition, what condition baba? Soham says first tell me how much money do you earn? Prashant looks furious. Ankita says baba my salary and Pranav's school have nothing to do with each other. Soham says just tell me how much you earn. Prashant says what do you have to do with tai's salary, you have never earned anything. Ankita says Prashant. Ankita tells Soham that I earn 10,000 rupees. Soham says 10,000 rupees, ok you give me 2,000 rupees and I will go to Pranav's school. Ankita says you will take money to go to Pranav's school? What kind of a father are you, do you not have any shame? Soham says yes you want me to do this right? I will go and talk to the principal. Prashant is very angry and says you will do this with your children? Soham says you guys don't have a choice. Ankita says ok I accept your condition, as soon as I earn my salary I will give you 2,000 rupees. Soham says no, no, it will not work like that, you are my daughter so I am your dad, you first give me the money then I will go. Ankita says baba I don't have money right now, I promise you once I earn my salary I will give you 2,000 rupees right then. Soham says ok then when you get the money then come to me. Ankita says baba. Soham leaves. Prashant says did you see tai, what use was it, why are you agreeing to him? We are there and we will go to Pranav's school as his parents to talk to his principal and also elder brothers and sisters are like parents. Ankita says ok, we will go to Pranav's school tomorrow.
Pranav's school at the principal's office
Ankita, Prashant and Pranav are walking in the school. They go to the principal's office. The school principal is there sitting at her desk and Ankita says maam can I come in? The principal says yes, take a seat. Ankita, Prashant and Pranav sit down. The principal says to Ankita and Prashant, you guys, where are his parents? You guys came to the last meeting. I said to you then that you need to bring his parents. Ankita says maam, actually they could not come. Maam I take care of Pranav, I am responsible for what good and bad happen to him. The principal says you are 19 years old, how will you take his responsibility? Look I want to meet his responsible parents who will understand and know and make a smart decision. Do you know what he did? He beat up a student. Ankita says I know Pranav made a mistake, I apologize to you on his behalf, please forgive him. The principal says what will happen by apologizing, what about the pain that the student got? 2 people come in the office, the boy who Gaurav beat up and his mother and the principal tells them to come in. Soham is also coming in the principal's office but is standing outside. Ankita and Prashant see him and Soham is talking to the boy's mother about something. The principal says this is Pranav Mahatre, the one who hit your son. The principal gets a phone call from a man who reports to her that a boy fell. The principal says I will come, and hangs up. The principal tells them that she has to go and will be back in 5 minutes as there is an emergency, I will be back.
Pranav's school at the principal's office
The principal leaves and Prashant is looking at Soham very angrily and is about to go to him but Ankita grabs him and tells him that we have come here for Pranav, let whatever happen, happen. The boy's mother says excuse me, I need to talk to you. Ankita tells Prashant not to talk to her at all. The boy's mother goes to Ankita and says look I know what the truth is but please don't tell the Principal madam this. Actually my husband is an alcoholic and this is why I gave him money to bring him here, if I did not do this then they would kick my son out of the school. The principal comes back in the office. The boy's mother says to the principal, maam, I apologize to you for what my son did, I know my son is naughty but when 2 kids fight then someone will get hurt. I promise you that after today my son won't ever make this mistake. Soham says yes madam ji, we will make him understand. The mother tells her son to apologize to the principal. The boy says sorry maam. The principal says ok but don't make this mistake ever again. The boy says yes maam. The principal says Mr. and Mrs. Koly, you guys can go now. Mrs. Koly(the boy's mom) says thank you. Mrs. Koly leaves with her son. Soham is about to go when the principal says to Ankita, so Ankita why did your baba not come? Soham hears this. Ankita says he could not come. The principal asks why could he not come. I told you before that I want to meet with Pranav's parents, there are many things which only parents can understand.

Soham leaves from there. The principal says but you are just, how can I trust you? And whenever I talk about his parents you always ignore it, who will take his responsibility and what is the guarantee that he will not repeat the same mistake in the future? Ankita says maam it is totally justified for you to think about Pranav like this, what you are saying is right and till today I have been taking Pranav's responsibility. Ok I will show you something. Ankita pulls out some certificates and medals. Maam these are all the certificates and medals my brother and sister have earned from your school. My younger sister got educated at your school, and so did Prashant. Maam my little sister Sonu also comes to your school and so does Pranav. I know he made a mistake but I am their older sister and I know he made a mistake but maam please give him a chance. Prashant and I have taken his responsibility but believe me he is good, our house condition is such but I want my brothers and sisters to have a good education, we have worked hard to get to where we're at. Now I have gotten my job and everything will be alright, now I want them to be educated.
Pranav's school at the principal's office
Ankita says Maam I sincerely ask you, please give him a chance. Please give Pranav a chance. You want to know why my baba did not come? Maam our papa drinks a lot of alcohol, he is always drinking, he just gave us birth and he never took any responsibilities, he never bothered to check up on us to see how we're doing, Prashant and I have raised our younger siblings. He never was a good dad and he isn't today and never will be. We don't have parents who can teach us right from wrong but yes we have never gone on the wrong path and we never will, but I plead to you for one more chance, and I promise you it won't happen again, please maam. The principal says I respect your feelings but Ankita there are rules and regulations at a school. If a student misbehaves at school it will be difficult to keep him at school. Shashank comes in the principal's office and says one minute maam. I am Shashank, a journalist and Ankita is my fianc. Ankita looks shocked.
Pranav's school at the principal's office
Shashank says maam I don't know what guarantee you need, a sister who is working day and night, and who takes good care of her siblings, giving them a good education and a good life, what bigger responsibility could there be and what bigger guarantee could their be? Maam if they don't have good parents then how is it their fault? Do they not have a right to live a good life? Maam see for yourself, how much love they have for each other, their love for each other is the guarantee of their goodness. Shashank says maam, Ankita and I are going to get married very soon. Ankita and Prashant look shocked. Shashank says and I am going to adopt Pranav and Sonu very soon and I will take their responsibility. If you want in a few months when we get married, I will give you the adoption papers but will you accept as the decent guardians? The principal says Ankita, Mr. Shashank is right, I want to give your brother another chance but keep one thing in mind. If he ever makes a mistake again then I won't be able to help him. Ankita says he will not make a mistake again, promise. Pranav holds his ears and says sorry maam. Ankita says thank you maam. They all get up and leave.
Outside Pranav's school
Ankita, Prashant, Pranav and Shashank are walking outside the school. Soham is out there and he says to them, what happened, did he get kicked out? Soham says to Pranav I have 2,000 rupees and you keep 1,000 rupees. Soham gives the money to Pranav. Prashant takes the money back from Pranav and throws it on the ground angrily. Prashant, Pranav and Ankita leave from there. Shashank also leaves. Soham picks up the money from the ground and says, if you didn't want the money then why take it, why insult Lakshmi? Soham says such poor kids.
Ankita's house
Prashant and Shashank are sitting down in the living room. Ankita is in the kitchen and Prashant says wow Shashank your presence of mind is awesome, you saved us at the right time and the drama of marrying tai and being Pranav's parents, it was amazing. An that's why I think the principal accepted it or else Pranav was not going to be able to go to school. Ankita smiles and says yes Shashank, your idea was great, it worked. Prashant says ok you guys talk, I will be back in 2 minutes. Prashant leaves. Shashank says to Ankita, why didn't you tell him that what I said wasn't a joke and what I said was true? Ankita comes in the room and gives Shashank a cup of tea. Ankita says Shashank what are you saying, how can you say this? If he finds out the truth he will be really mad and I don't. Shashank says why would he be mad, he was going to know tomorrow if not today so why not today? In fact I think we should tell him today. Prashant comes in the room. Shashank says today is a good opportunity, we should tell him today. Prashant says why did you guys stop talking? What truth do you want to tell? Ankita says no Prashant, we will talk about this later. Prashant says I am asking you both something. Ankita says I am saying we will talk about this later. Shashank stands up and says I love Ankita.
Ankita's house
Shashank says and she also likes me. I have wanted her for the past 2 years but she has not committed to me yet only because before marrying me she wants you guys to settle in your lives. She wants to see you have a good job, send the kids to a good school, get Manu married and then she will think about her marriage. But I have no problem with her decision, I am waiting for her, right Ankita? Prashant looks at Ankita and Shashank says my sister won't say anything, I will say what needs to be said. Whatever I said in the principal's office was completely true, I love Ankita a lot. Prashant says to Ankita, tai, is this right? I want to hear this from your mouth, your silence means yes, right? Ankita says we will talk about this later. Prashant says tai I need to talk to you alone. Prashant grabs Ankita. Shashank says, Prashant, Prashant! Prashant says we will talk later Shashank.
Arjun's office in India/Purvi's office in Canada
Arjun is at his office. He is talking with an employee about a company that they will make a deal with. Arjun asks him if he has checked the background of that company and asks who is the owner? The business associate says sir, this is an Overseas company and the promoter is outside India. Arjun says ok. The associate says we could not make a deal with the company earlier due to practical problems but inf fact we did exchange some emails and project related files, on this behalf we went ahead with the deal. If we make a deal with this company it will be our biggest deal. Purvi is at her office in Canada with 2 of the workers, one of them is Pari. Pari says to Purvi that they want to make a deal with us again? Purvi says Pari we just need to know about the company before we make the deal like who is the director, and where it's from, and I think we're sorted. The other manemployee says it's from India, it's a company from India. It's a really good company maam. Pari says actually I think we should talk to them once maam, there is no loss but maam I don't mind going to India and seeing what they do. On the other side, Arjun tells his employee to give them a call, and we'll have a meeting. Where is the company, where overseas? The employee says sir, Canada.
Arjun's office in India/Purvi's office in Canada
Arjun says what? The employee says Canada. Arjun is shocked. Back to Purvi's office, Purvi stands up and says India. No Pari, I don't think we should do this deal. Pari says but why aai, what is the problem? You did not have an issue with the deal earlier, what happened just by hearing India? Arjun at his office saying that I like the company profile, I will start doing primary research and meanwhile I need you to get the stocks and everything in handy. Pari is at the office saying to Purvi, aai you just don't want to go to India because that man lives there. Purvi says to Pari, that man? Pari what kind of a way is this to talk about your dad? Pari have some respect. Pari says what do you mean? Aai you still want me to respect that man? That man who has not seen me, the man who has not tried to find out if his daughter is alive or dead, the man who married his first wife and then just left you and he spent his whole life with her. Aai just give me one reason I should accept him as my dad.
Precap: Pari is in the office talking to Arjun on the phone. Pari says Mr. Arjun Kirloskar, after today do not call my mother understand? You have your own life and your own family so you stay happy with your daughter and your wife. Why are you calling my aai after so many years and bothering her? Until today we have been living without you and we are very happy. And please don't bother us. Arjun is shocked.
