How do u know it was only 15 days or one month pregnancy? Didnt Pari complete a year already? Purvi could have been 2 or 3 months pregnant and Onir is such a world famous OB-Gyn he could have saved her pregnancy, just like he saved Ovi's pregnancy the 1st time.

Saving pregnancy means to stabilize the baby in mother's womb so miscarriage doesnt happen.
