Episode begins at Sulo's house, its morning time
Varsha is sitting and remembering what Soham told her at the prison, that she shd not promise what she cannot deliver. She cannot give him his Gauri..
Then Varsha tells him she can! Only she can do it for him!
Sulo comes to the room and says, Arey, u returned? Where did u go without telling me?
Varsha is lost in her thoughts, Sulo gives her a glass of water and says, Varsha, what am I asking you?
Varsha comes into her senses. Sulo asks, Where is ur attention? Where did you go? Why do u look so upset?
Varsha says, Ayi, its nothing!
But Sulo doesnt believe her, What are u hiding from me? Tell me the truth? Where did u go?
Varsha says she will tell her but first she has to ask something, Sulo agrees.
Varsha says, Ayi tell me why Archu Tayi chose Sachin instead of Soham for Gauri? Is it because Soham is uneducated?
Sulo is surprised, What kind of question is this? U know that Sachin is the older son of the family so obviously Archu will think of his marriage first! And this is not just Archu's decision, its the whole family's decision! See, Gauri also agreed to this proposal! Thats why the matter advanced.
Varsha tells her Ayi if u look at this from another angle, then my question will seem valid! anyway there was no valid reason to fix the marriage of Sachin and Gauri! They dont even love each other, dont even know each other that well! Soham and Gauri are such good friends! Ayi, I think we still have time, if we make Gauri agree to marry Soham, then they can get married! Then Soham will change from Bisnu Lala to Soham back again, he will quit life of crime! He will become good person again!
Sulo stops her, Varsha, what are u saying? Soham loves Gauri! Even after knowing that, Gauri didnt choose Soham! She chose Sachin and we shd respect her choice! Varsha, this is not like playing with dolls, that u can get anyone married!
Varsha still insists, Ayi, I still feel if Tayi explains to Gauri, maybe she will change her decision! They will get married, everything will be alright again!
Sulo is exasperated, Whats the matter with you, Varsha? Suddenly this type of talk?
Sulo stops as she realizes, Who did u go to meet? Tell me who did u meet? You went to meet Soham?
Varsha says, Yes, I went to see Soham!
Sulo gets angry, Why did u have to go there? Dont make the same mistake! Dont become Jhumri again! This is taking u back to ur past! 2 days ago u were ready to make the police arrest Soham, whats the matter with u today?
Varsha is crying, Ayi I cannot bear to see his pain! I am his mother! I cant see him like this!
Varsha starts sobbing. Sulo says, Come to ur senses! Have u forgotten? Archu is his birth mother! She stayed away from him for 20 yrs, still she handed him over to the police!
Because she wants Soham to become a good guy, to reform! If she can make such a big sacrifice inspite of being his birth mother, and u cant do it? Look here Varsha, if u try to help Soham, then there is no place for u in this house or in my heart!
Varsha pleads with Sulo, Ayi Ayi...but Sulo leaves the room! Varsha starts sobbing!

Next scene: Ovi in Canada at the hospital
Shes remembering Archu telling her to get appointment for Manav as they will be coming to canada after Sachin's wedding!
The lady doctor in front of her tells her, Okay Ms Ovi, we have to follow ur Dad's case study, then I will discuss it with Head of Surgery! As soon as we reach a conclusion we will let u know..
Ovi thanks the doctor and leaves her cabin.
Her friend comes running and hugs her, squealing, HI OVI! How are you?
Ovi smiles, Im good! How are u? You look very happy!
The friend says, Yes! Im very happy! U know, Nurse just gave me wonderful news! Actually in last few days, the baby has progressed very well! And very soon u can take her home with you!
Ovi looks ecstatic, she thanks them, If you two werent here, I dont know how I would take care of the baby! I know that saying thank u is not enough, but still...
The Nurse says, That was my duty, Ma'am! Excuse me, I have to go!
Ovi looks tearful, her friend asks, Ovi, whats wrong with you? You heard such good news, u still look upset? Arent u happy? You always wanted to take ur baby home, isnt it?
Ovi says, Yes, Shikha, believe me Im very happy, what else would I want? My baby completes me! But Shikha, there is a big problem, I dont know what to do...
Shikha asks, What problem?
Ovi says, Since I went to India, there was always some problem or other at home, so I had to leave my baby here alone and stay back in India! Now I wont leave my baby at all! I will somehow convince Ayi that I cant go to Sachu Dada's wedding! But now theres even a bigger problem! Ayi is coming to Canada with baba, for his treatment! I dont know what to do, until now Ive hidden the baby truth from her, what will I tell her later? Im having too much tension! How will I manage all this?
Shikha consoles her, Dont worry, Ovi! We will find some solution, okay? Anyways, leave all this! Come on, wont u meet ur daughter?
Shikha and Ovi go and watch the baby sleeping in an incubator in ICU...she seems to be a premature baby! Ovi is crying emotionally to see her baby girl!
The Canadian Nurse also joins them, she says, Ms Ovi, all this while we have been taking care of ur baby! Dont worry!
Shikha tells her, Ovi, very soon u will take ur daughter home with you! But before that u have to take certain precautions! First u must disinfect ur house completely! As u know, premature babies are very sensitive!
Ovi cries, I will take complete care of my baby! But both of u have to promise me, that u will never tell anyone that this is my daughter! My baby!
Ovi blows a kiss emotionally.
Next scene: Deshmukh chawl
Savita brings Archana a cup of tea and tells her, Come on have tea, Ive made it specailly for you with ginger, you have a headache naa, u will feel very nice after having it!
Archu smiles and nods. Savita says, I know Archu, u have tensions, right? Leave all the tensions to me, so many years of friendship between DK Sir and Manav, do u think I will let it break so easily?
Archu looks somber, I dont think Manav will listen to anyone now! Hes being stubborn, wont listen to anyone!
Savita says, That Rushali shd suffer, she created differences in Manav and DK's friendship! But we are not amateur players! Would I let this friendship break just like that? We have to give them the reassurance that we are an important part of each other's families!
Teju comes in with a cheerful face, she tells them, You remember all things at other times, shopping, marketing, buy this, buy that, how can u two forget such an important day?
Savita tells Teju, Dont bother ur mother, she has a headache!
Teju says, I have such great news, your headache will be gone in a jiffy! What is tomorrow, just think! Come on tax your brain! Headache will be gone too!
Archana thinks, then seems to remember, Ayi, tomorrow is Pari's birthday! First birthday!
Savita is excited! Arey, its my granddaughter's birthday! And I forgot! All this tension, wedding preparations, in the midst of this, I forgot everything else!
Archu looks all excited, Ayi, this is her first birthday! We shd do something special for her! I had thought before that on Pari's 1st birthday, we will do a Havan (Puja) at our house for her!
Savita claps her hands, Yes, this will be good! That will bring happiness to the house, everyone will come together and the evil eye cast on this family will be gone!
Teju says, And after the Havan, a little party! (she starts dancing)
Savita pinches Teju, You only want an excuse to dance!
Archu looks excited, Let me do something Ajji, let me call Purvi and talk to her abt this! What if they have some other plans?
Archu takes her mobile and goes to her room. Savita tells Teju to invite the chawlwalas, she will call the Priest and the relatives!
Teju says, Okay, then lets get started! Why wait to begin good work?
Next scene: DK's house
Purvi is in her bedroom, with Pari in her lap. Pari is crying a lot, Purvi is trying to soothe her: Whats the matter dear?
Khushboo comes in, Purvi tells her, see Khushboo, shes crying so much I dont know why?
Khushboo says, Madam, is her tummy hurting?
Khushboo tries to soothe Pari, Purvi says, Let me call Ayi and ask her if she knows...Look Pari, Im calling Ajji...
She suddenly stops, she remembers Arjun telling her to respect his Dad, not to side with Manav Baba without reason!
Purvi puts down her mobile but it rings right then! She sees its Archu's call and picks it up!
Archu says, Hello Purvi, Im calling u since when, why werent you picking up? And why is Pari crying so much? (in the background)
Purvi says, Ayi, I dont know why shes crying, I gave her milk, but shes been crying for a long time!
Archu says, she must have gas, do something, give her Ajwain water, she will feel better!
Purvi tells Khushboo to make Ajwain water for Pari...Khushboo takes Pari and leaves.
Purvi thanks her Ayi, Archu tells her, why are u thanking me? Is something the matter?
Purvi is silent, Archu says, Okay leave that! Pari's birthday iis coming up! Have u planned something or not? Purvi says, No Ayi...
Archu says, Thats very good! Do u know, me and ur Baba have planned something. we want to do a small Havan on pari's birthday! And after that Teju wants to have a small party! How do u like these ideas? And yes, please talk to DK Sir and Arjun abt this too! Or do u want me to talk to them? Are u listening to what Im saying?
Purvi looks worried and upset. She manages to say Yes!
Archu says, I know Purvi, I can understand what ur going thru...u must be thinking how will all this be possible after all that happened? But we will make this possible, Purvi! Its our Pari's first birthday! We will make it special naa? Our relationship is not so weak, that it will break because of all this! These are small matter and u dont worry abt DK Sir! I will convince him! And u will see he will never refuse my request! He will definitely come to the party! Just tell me how u like my idea?
Purvi is crying, she says, Ayi, I cannot come to the party, and I cannot talk to u either!
Archu is shocked, What are u saying? Why cant u talk to me, Purvi? Tell me what happened! Did someone say something to you?
Purvi tells her everything abt her and Arjun's fight! Flashback scenes...
Purvi says, Im sorry Ayi, but I cannot talk to u even if I want to! She ends the call, crying!
Archu is crying, deeply hurt and upset!

Next scene: Archana outside Arjun's office building
Arjun comes out, sees her and asks: Ayi, ur here?
Archu looks stern, Yes Arjun, I had to come here! Just today I found out that u think like this! Arjun, u told Purvi not to meet any of us, right? You dont want her to meet me, or Manav or her family, right? No use being embarassed now! Whatever u did is absolutely right!
Arjun looks ashamed, No Ayi, its not like that! I was upset abt Dad's tension at that time, and I was very angry so I said some things in anger to her...
Archu interrupts, You said that in anger? What did u say in anger? Did u even think what u were saying to Purvi? Arjun, such moments come in every person's life! These moments test a person and these moments decide how much wisdom a person has! Arjun, whatever Manav did yesterday was because of his illness, otherwise I know my Manav is not so unwise to do such a thing! Manav is ill, but Arjun, you? You are intelligent! You could have talked to Purvi, instead of fighting with her u could have tried to understand what her problem was...
Arjun tries to talk, Archu says, One second, Arjun! Just as u are concerned abt ur Dad, Purvi is also worried abt her Baba! she loves her family, Arjun! If she cannot share her problems with her husband, whom will she share them with? If she knew that u would react like that to her problems, then she would never have shared them with you! When Purvi told me u had forbidden her from talking to any of us, I was very hurt! But I didnt tell her anything, because I know shes doing this to honor her husband's words! If u dont want Purvi to meet us, then she wont! she wont come to see us, she wont think abt us! You are her husband, so she will only listen to you! But just remember one thing Arjun, put urself in Purvi's place, what ur telling Purvi to do today, tomorrow if Purvi tells u to do the same, can u do it? Its very difficult, Arjun! Shall I tell u something, Im very proud of my daughter, that shes sacrificing her own happiness for the sake of her husband's family! But perhaps ur forgetting something? Remember u had promised me that u will always keep her happy! But perhaps u forgot ur promise! Please keep her happy if possible!
Archu turns to leave, Arjun calls her from behind, hes almost crying! He says, Ayi, Im really sorry! I didnt want to hurt anyone! Ayi please forgive me, I am ur son after all...Im...
Archu doesnt listen, she marches off to her car, Arjun looks on with regret!
Next scene: Deshmukh chawl
Manav is sitting on the bed, looking at some files. Archu comes in, Manav asks her where had she gone?
She tells him she went out on some work. Are u very busy, Manav?
He says, No no, my wife is so upset and I will keep on working? Is that possible? Come here now..sit near me..
He moves some files, Archu sits down. He asks her to tell what the matter was.
Manav says, Archana u know very well, u cannot hide anything from me. Tell me!
Archu falters, Manav, Ive been trying to tell u something since morning, But I dont know I...
Manav encourages her to tell him...she tells him, Manav, tomorrow its Pari's birthday! First birthday! And I wanted to have a Havan in our home!
Manav smiles happily: This is wonderful! Our granddaughter's first birthday! And ur telling me now? Just u see, we will celebrate her birthday with great pomp and ceremony! You tell me what preparations to do...
Archu says, I will tell all that later, but first of all... u have to invite...DK Sir...
Manav's expression changes, Archu pleads with him, Manav Please! Only for Pari's sake! Dont u want she shd get everyone's blessings? Tell me?
Manav relents and puts his hand on hers reassuring her.
Next scene: DK's house
Arjun comes back from work, Purvi is sitting on her bed, looking sad, flipping a magazine without looking at it!
Arjun observes her, goes towards her, she sees him and wipes her tears, she says, Arjun ur home! I will bring water for you!
She gets up from bed and goes to leave the room! He grabs her hand from behind! She turns in surprise, Arjun..?
Arjun holds her hands in his and says, Purvi, why do u neglect ur own happiness for the sake of mine?
Purvi looks puzzled: What do u want to say?
Arjun says, Purvi, our relationship was never like this, previously if we ever fought, then u would explain it to me, make me realize I was wrong! You could have talked to me, I would have apologized to u and everything would have been fine! I behaved so badly with you and you didnt try to convince me? Didnt make me feel how hurt u were at my behavior? And u even agreed to my words, I said u cannot see ur family, or talk to them and u stopped talking to them? Have u gone mad?
Purvi looks down, Arjun holds her shoulders and says, Purvi, Im really sorry! I was angry and God knows what I said...but why did u agree to my words? You just stopped talking to ur Ayi?
Purvi cries, Because I didnt want to hurt you! Arjun, whatever is happening between Dad and Baba, a lot of people have been hurt, a lot of relations broke off! I didnt want our relations to sour too..
Arjun shushes her, he holds her face, Nothing will happen to our relationship, hmm? Im sorry!
He takes out his mobile and gives it to Purvi...I had told u not to talk to Ayi, now Im telling u to talk to her! Talk right now!
Arjun kisses her forehead! Purvi smiles through her tears! They smile at each other!

Purvi is yelling at Arjun: Why are u so practical? We can recover financial losses today or tomorrow, but the bitterness caused in relationships by ur behavior did u think abt that?
Arjun is fuming and exasperated...he tries to speak but Purvi goes on...Arjun, your priorities may have changed, not mine! And thats why I have to think abt my family, because for me money is not as important as my family, my relations!
