Hi ArVi... yes i did watch it. It was after I watched it that i felt that way ... i was perturbed when i saw it in the write up but thought i would decide after watching. (thanks btw for your good writeup !)
Of course he was upset...hurting...all those things. But for me violence against a woman is totally different than fights between guys. And in real life -as opposed to reel life - it is a very very big red flag.
In my opinion ArVi they could have shown his being upset in many acceptable ways... this wasn't one of them. And really was out of character for Soham in a way, as he was always gentle to the women in his life no matter how much of a goon with men and gangs. For me, it changed my feeling towards him as a loveable character.
