Well I have been saying it all along that something is seriously wrong mentally with Archana and Purvi. These two ladies have a problem with letting go their Maayka.
Also I think Purvi wanted Arjun when she felt she could not have him. When she finally got him, she did not get the happiness that she expected. She got him in the wrong way to begin with, because whether or not he fell in love with her, Ovi was the one he had initially agreed to marry.
When Purvi found out about Ovi, she cried like a kid who found out that she could not keep a toy as it had originally belonged to someone
else. She did everything to control the situation to feel in control by telling Arjun what to do with his life even as far as to tell him to sleep with Ovi and have a baby.
What she did not understand is that once she allowed the deal to happen, Ovi to marry Arjun and have sex with her multiple times, she had already given over her rights to Ovi. whether or not Arjun loved her.
You don't lend a woman to a man you love and then expect when you get him back everything will be the same. Purvi is mentally ill to believe that everything would be the same again.
As per usual the moment she feels she is not in control over what Arjun does, seeing Pia Arjun and Ovi in one room, she bails out. because this time she realises a baby at this point in her marriage is a whole different ball game.
Deep down Purvi knows that the baby was consumed during ArOvi marriage, but her whole little world came crashing down because as far as she is concerned she did not orchestrate the birth of this baby. She was not in control, this baby happened without her giving Arjun instructions for having sex with Ovi. Also, when the first baby died and she and Arjun eventually got married, Purvi felt she and Arjun had a clean slate to start with no baggage, now she realise she was terribly wrong.
To me Pia represents the fact that whenever you see a man who was supposed to marry another woman, no matter how sweet his words are, or how much he professes to love you, run like an athlete, because you don't know what life has in store. This baby represents the fact that Purvi should not have gotten involved with Arjun, until Arjun had broken it off completely with Ovi, then after some time they could have gotten together.
All of this drama, the deal and all the blood sweat and tears could have been avoided if Purvi had just done the right thing from the day she knew about Ovi and Archana should have insisted the right thing was done. Not because you believe you are in love it is okay to hurt another person to get what you want. Purvi stepped on Ovi to get happiness and that is why no matter what happened Ovi still has some part of Arjun and that is Pia. that is why Purvi could never be happy.
She did the same thing by marrying Arjun within months of his divorce, another bad move. Even though Arjun does not love Ovi, it is never good to marry a man who has only been divorced for a short time.
However, as always Purvi overestimates her importance in everyone's life and even if it kills her, she does everything to ensure everyone is on her side always.
She is a cruel girl to let Ovi be abandoned by her family, without knowing her side of the story. she did this as a way to get back at Ovi once again, to regain control, she cannot afford to not be in control. The best way in her eyes would be to pull Archana's strings, because she knows Archana will always choose her over Ovi.
She is a curse to Ovi's life because she did it in the beginning and she is done it again and for years this time. Shame on you Purvi you are the homewrecker I always thought you were. Purvi is a sick sick girl.
