Anyway I agree with the person who said he's so poorly written. Is it just a way to keep the triangle going? To keep him confused? One side he asks purvi if she forgot him an other side he's asking ovi to stay?! What for?

Since arjun can't have purvi yet, he wants ovi to be the spare tire.

Arjun should initiate the divorce now with Ovi. Quit this charade. His feelings have never been respected by anyone in the show and he can't expect it to be either. He should respect his own feelings and just move on. He should really initiate it now that he's helping purvi so much!

Inspite of his alpha male persona in the beginning as the khadoos AK, deep down Arjun suffers from lack of self confidence where emotions are concerned. He had no mother to guide him or advise him in these matters. His dad is useless in giving him any moral or emotional support whatsoever. Men may appear strong outside but they do need guidance and a gentle nudge here or there...example is Asad and Dilshad, its so cute to see Dilshad giving that nudge now and then to her emotionally challenged son. In Arjun's case, he was emotionally challenged at first but then Purvi came and he fell headlong into love. He became vulnerable, Purvi was his guiding light. When he lost her, when she bundled him off to Ovi so unceremoniously, he was bereft of her support and love. Then after marriage, Ovi also gave him a hard time, instead of loving and supporting him, she blamed, cursed, accused him all the time. He is looking for reassurance and acceptance. Hes become a pendulum, indecisive, unsure, running this way and that. He needs to cut off the shackles and become a confident, decisive man. But someone needs to hold his hand and help him get there.

What's left? Nothing.
Except a piece of paper (figuratively) that is holding them together.

but see the same plp dnt care for him a bit.. he actually has no one except pari!!! 😭

if any one remembers his scene with Aashna ... u will get that.. the above things he told to Aashna when he was confused over his feelings!!😭

u can see the height of his Kindness n Goodness!! he could have walked away n not cared about archana's health .. but he was there for her n too fake that he n ovi are happy!!😲
i just hated how ovi was telling him to Behave Like a Good Husband n come to meet Archana yesterday!!!😡

I was like..come on atleast he is a Good human being than u!!! 😎 😈

n felt like doing this to her

i want this Arjun Kirloskar back n bajao everyones band!!!

n that's my POV...😃

it wasnt arjuns place to slap her EVER. under NO circumstances NO MATTER what your wife does is it ok to slap her. i dont care if she was manhandling purvi- that was strcitly between two sisters and he should have stayed away from that situation. it absolutely was arjun's WORST and i mean WORST action. archana could have slapped ovi infact it was her and manav who should have intercepted and controlled their children with some tough love, heck purvi could have slapped her. but the fact that it was her husband slapping her in public whilst declaring his love for another woman is an APPALLING thing. pls lets not glorify that. this is not an alpha male moment. if he told her to get out of his life instead infront of all including purvi and then had not given in to purvi's silly silly demands then that would have been an alpha male moment. this was a disgusting moment.

sk11 i agree they show a lot of domestic violence in pr. but if its your parents then thats acceptable in our culture. my mum slapped me plenty of times as a child and as a young adult. but parents are meant to discipline. in fact manav and archu have full right to slap ovi or purvi. in fact archu should have stepped in between ovi and purvi that day instead of looking on like a dazed beauty. but your husband hitting you is NOT acceptable. thats not the kind of behavior that can or ever and under any circumstances should be condoned.

this wasnt even the only time. he nearly raised his hand on her again when she was having a fit upon discovering purvi in kolkata. this kind of behavior is justified on media, soon men will start saying they hit their wives cause of extreme anger due to her actions. no thats NOT ok. unless in self defense or to save someones life, you cannot raise your hand on your wife.

^^ I agree! Husband hitting wife is a BIG NO NO! That is domestic abuse!
Youre right! Arjun shd not have hit her! Maybe grabbed her and shaken her to get her out of alcoholic stupor and shutting her up!
Of course Archu could have slapped Ovi. Or Sulo...or any other lady present there could have grabbed her and shaken her to make her come to her senses and stop the hysterics!
But Arjun definitely shd not have slapped her in public or elsewhere! Ovi does push buttons but there are other ways to control a hysterical woman! Splashing water on her face might have done the trick!

Thank you for your post!!^^^
In my opinion,
Ovi needs her parents. No slapping. She needs communication . Open communication. No slapping.

Yes, once or twice Archu sat her down and explained firmly and Ovi listened... and once Manav did that drama with alcohol and she did listen. Shes just like a very difficult child with emotional problems. Like the ones we find in grade school or even high school. They need a firm hand and a long talking to...they just might listen!
But Ovi wont listen to Arjun and she wont forgive Purvi or accept Pari's existence. So she may as well move on with her life, give a divorce to Arjun and go back to her modelling career.

If this happens... She's going into oblivion probably like teju and sacchu.
