RDs pole khol..on U me aur TV being shown now...
1) Acting since 15 yrs?
RD - Happened at 15 .. theatre..stage... from school ... got a whole kick.. to perform before huge audience..! Got adrenaline rush to impress people from stage.. make them feel..
He thot..why not ... make it a profession as it made him happy..!
2) Left home against family wishes..to pursue acting
RD - Yes... finished college.. told parents...that going mum for 1 year.. if cant make it.. then will return else will stay..! Dinno anything about work..or mum ...did lots of auditions... n ads.. .n got a walk in at Balaji. .. n got selected..! It was for Bandini ...n then got Pyaar ki..
3) Ur parents reaction to see u onscreen first time?
RD - Parent said..din see u much .. n RD said..was in ad.. for Jacuqua lines.. playing drums.. only for 4 seconds was shown..! Then slowly in TV ...got role..in Bandini ...n with big cast.. din get much prominence.. they liked it..but said..its less..
4) U wanted to be magician before being actor?
RD- Love playing with cards. .love hand tricks.. to see the reaction of the audience..! This was 3rd 4th option for job... n initially did it for McDonalds ...to entertain kids!
5) U din wanna be a choreo despite being a great dancer?
RD - Loved dancing.. love it..still but never wanted to pick dancing as a career! Auditioned for DID... just to take experience.!
6) U love Mum the most?
RD - Love the place... morning afternoon .. or night..! No one sleeps hungry or gets bored... always has company ..n it has an embracing feel...! Its not easy.but its warm..n comforting!
7) UR first crush on ur school teacher?
RD - Social Studies teacher.. Mrs. Rajgopal .. entire school ..entire class has crush on her..!
8) What qualities u seek in a life partner?
RD - Should be simple .. modern where needed...be traditional where needed.. should be of todays world but cares for culture..! Shouldnt fly away...! Also should look nice in BLACK SAREE
9) U get linked with female co stars?
RD - Since pyaar ki its happening... happened with Sukirti ..n happens in TV movies.. m open about it...! Any publicity is good publicity..!
10) Love chatting the most?
RD - Not anymore.. since gave up many things after started acting..

RD - M a maniac. .n not like my onscreen characters..! M weird.. n a TOOFANI person..! Talk to self ..many times..!
